“When I got to my room I noted ALL cabinet doors open. Looked on bed it has bed bugs visible on bed. Changed room immediately! Ask about pool because it is listed as open pool. Front desk stated "Pool not open." That should be listed in website no pool.”

“Wasn't impressed. The hotel was fairly empty but we were assigned a handicap room at the far end that wasn't very big. We had booked via our captial ones booking portal an assigned at check in room. Had the hotel been more busy I'd understand but it was a ghost town. Also they really skimp on shampoo and stuff and if you stay for an extended time you have to call for cleaning. It is right off 81 and near a mall, so that's a plus. The hotel was mostly clean. Didn't see any welcome manager dinner thing but breakfast was a 4/5.”
