“Great Hotel in the city center of Madrid. Nice place to stay with a fantastic garden in the middle. Fitness room and swimming pool available as well. Due too a tiny door separating to my neighbor, you hear everything from next room. Not the best for a 5* hotel. But definitely a nice play with competitive price to enjoy the vibrating city of Madrid!”

“Excellent old world hotel that continues to earn its five stars. It's a beautiful place and well maintained it's got all the amenities and service that you'd expect from a five star hotel. Unfortunately at check out, the staff was unable to manage the billing on my invoice to make submitting of my business expense easy. Perhaps they should keep the old world feel, but update their computer system.”
