O responsável pelo check-in ficou surpreso porque estava muito errado. Naturalmente, eu estava perdido. Não sei o que estou dizendo em uma língua, só consigo ouvir o cartão de crédito. Por serem máscaras para controle de infecção, vamos explicar de forma lenta, educada e fácil de entender. É um profissional? Posto perguntas com fotos mais tarde. Enfim, fiquei aqui e foi um grande erro. O hotel conglomerado (nas proximidades) ainda é muito melhor.

Um dos alojamentos regulares para viagens de negócios a Tóquio. Sense é a melhor sensação nos hotéis Hyatt. Sou apenas um membro sênior (globalista), mas nunca fui atualizado para uma suíte. Não tenho certeza se o serviço não é bom ou se as suítes nem sempre estão disponíveis. Fora isso, é um hotel relativamente bom, então eu o recomendo.

Uno de los alojamientos habituales para viajes de negocios a Tokio. Sentido es la mejor sensación en los hoteles Hyatt. Solo soy un miembro senior (globalista), pero nunca me han actualizado a una suite. No estoy seguro si el servicio no es bueno o si las suites no siempre están disponibles. Aparte de eso, es un hotel relativamente bueno, así que lo recomiendo.

Um bom hotel onde você pode acelerar em qualquer lugar da cidade adulta de Ginza, se não houver emergência. É uma instalação nova, por isso é muito limpa e confortável. Falando em dificuldade, o restaurante fecha rápido por influência da coroa, por isso pode ficar difícil comer.

Un buen hotel donde puedes acelerar en cualquier lugar de la ciudad adulta de Ginza si no hay emergencia. Es una instalación nueva, por lo que es muy limpia y cómoda. Hablando de dificultad, el restaurante cierra temprano debido a la influencia de la corona, por lo que puede resultar complicado comer.

Os ingredientes da estação foram lindamente apresentados e a aparência era divertida e deliciosa. O pessoal de serviço era muito confortável e, mesmo que eu perguntasse sobre o chef, eles responderam tanto quanto eu sabia, e muitos deles tinham um sorriso maravilhoso. Serviço e comida são melhores do que o esperado para o preço. É um restaurante muito bom com um bom tempo e boas medidas contra corona. Desta vez, eu gostaria de visitá-lo no jantar ♬

Los ingredientes de temporada estaban muy bien presentados y la apariencia era divertida y deliciosa. El personal de servicio fue muy cómodo, e incluso si pregunté por el chef, respondieron hasta donde yo sabía, y muchos de ellos tenían una sonrisa maravillosa. New business hotel in ginza. Didnt stay at the hotel but visited the bar. Happy hour until 8pm. Nice quiet ambience. View isnt great but bar is nice. I first tried to order gin tonic for happy hour but wanted half soda and half tonic. They said that would make it non happy hour price of 1400 yen instead of 600. I really despise the inflexibility of japanese businesses when it comes to customizing orders. Especially if you are going to have international customers i think being able to customize or make slight changes for the customer’s taste is important. So i ordered this shiso blast cocktail instead which was good.

This Hyatt property was relatively new when I stayed here. Very modern, and the room was really well set up with amenities, such as a coffee maker, dyson hair dryer, separated sleeping and sitting area. This place was located between tokyo station and the ginza, so plenty of things to do within walking distance.

Wonderful hotel. It’s a new hotel, so the facility is in excellent condition. My wife and I stayed for our 10 year wedding anniversary, and they wrote a nice note and a little gift. The service level is top notch: both Naomi (who checked us in) and Nozomi (the team leader) checked with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay.We used a premium suite upgrade on our room, and stayed in the city view twin suite. The room was very quiet (farther from the street, had good audio separation from the hallway and other rooms). The bath and shower were also very nice.Highly recommended. If you’re a globalist (or can afford it) also be sure to check out their breakfast buffet. It was excellent as well.

This hotel is new and is located at the heart of Ginza. It’s a walking distance from restaurants and shops. I have stayed here for a few times and always have a wonderful time. The room is clean and spacious. A very modern feel to the hotel with an artsy twist. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel in an amazing location! I loved the service, the bar food and drinks, and the overall design. The check in experience was very good and relaxed. And the people was very serviceable and helpful. The hotel even has bikes that you can borrow to stroll around! The room was beautiful, modern and very comfortable. I loved it! And I recommend it 100%!!!
