“We visited the hotel at Hyatt concierge recommendation. The hotel is right on the street, noisy enough to keep you up the night.
The distance to the beach is considerable. You have to cross the street and access a dark public beach access path. Not so fun.
I wish I could mention something positive, but it is nothing.”

“My room wasn't ready for two hours when I checked in at 5pm. The room should be ready by 3pm. The front person said due to the inconvenience that I went thru, she offered the removal of the resort fee but apparently they charged it on my credit card when I checked out. The front desk service is awful and slow. I won't come back to this hotel. Also the food from the hotel is quite depressing. I asked sunny side up eggs but it came in overly cooked. The chef doesn't even know the basic cooking.”
