“This hotel is in one of the best locations. It is located right across from a large shopping center and about a 5 minute walk from a large mall with a Cheesecake Factory. The people at the front desk are so friendly and accommodating. The beds are a little hard, but the rest of the room is pretty nice for a hotel. Almost everything is down feathers, so make sure to ask for a non-down pillow or covers ahead of time.”

“The location of Hyatt here is great! It is right next to the massive uptown shopping area, as well as a mall nearby, making this such a great place for tourism. They allow dogs (thank god), and the rooms have just enough room for your pets. Overall, a pretty fair hotel experience. I would recommend for anyone making a detour in Albuquerque.”
