“¡El hotel en sí es muy agradable! Pero ... Algunas partes de las habitaciones no se limpiaron realmente, como la alfombra y el control remoto del televisor. La alfombra tiene manchas en el piso, y cuando limpié el control remoto tenía muchas cosas negras saliendo de él, no estoy muy seguro si es de Dirt o algo. Pero sí. En general, el hotel y el personal es agradable.”

“I have stayed at many Hyatt properties and this one was not up to their standards to say the least. The carpet was stained and dirty. The shower area light/fan was missing its cover,the A/C filter was so clogged it had trouble cooling the room and the tub drain was slow and not attached. On a positive note our shuttle driver was top notch. He was professional and courteous.”
