“An older property with a so-so mountain view from some rooms. It is not at Garden of the Gods, just located near a street by that name. My bed was not comfortable and the shower never got hot enough and the water pressure was low. The bathroom light was very dim. The room itself was clean, large and quiet. The hotel staff were very friendly and eager to treat guests well.”

“This hotel is very old, I don't know how it can carry the Hyatt name. The location is good, the breakfast is good, but that is it, pretty much everything else is bad. The shower is gross, room layout is weird, TV remote does not match the TV, AC is loud, price is high, room looks like a Ramada Inn, furniture is old. It needs major renovation but it does not do it because its good location guarantee a good flow of customers willing to pay a higher price cos demand is higher than supply in this area”
