“Stayed here for a quick weekend get away. Drove down from Charlotte NC. Will never go back. Rooms were not like they look online. Worst breakfast I've ever had. Nothing hot.”

“If you are considering staying at this hotel because of the Hyatt name, I urge you to reconsider. Overall the hotel isn’t absolutely horrible, it is just severely dated. The elevator, furniture, bathroom, carpet, a/c unit…all very dated. The room had the old 90s unit that sit against the wall. When I book at a Hyatt I expect a certain standard, and this particular hotel doesn’t meet what I have come expect from the Hyatt brand. I ended up checking out the same night and getting a room at the Hyatt Regency in Downtown Greenville.”
