“I cannot call this a hotel. It's more like a service apartment. The breakfast according to my children is worse than what they served in their school. We have to pay for parking. Why? There is no housekeeping. We are practically out the entire day since we are on vacation. When we are back, the beds are the same as when we left. We are only given new towels. The WIFI in the room is horrible and we have to ask for a secondary connection. The last day before checking out (12pm supposedly), the housekeeping lady opened our door at 8am wanting to clean the room.”
