“I've stayed at the Hyatt Place Long Island City a few times now and have been extremely impressed with the customer service, hospitality and cleanliness of this hotel. Each one of the staff members (Amanda, Roman, Lorena, are just a few of the amazing employees here) are so kind and helpful, especially the housekeeping staff. I was cautious about staying in New York while the virus was still going on but my nerves were calmed when I saw the great attention to detail the staff put into making sure each room was clean and spotless. I would highly recommend staying here.”

“Good location, decent price & value all things considered. Room was clean with quality furnishings, though a bit small (as to be expected). Hotel was quiet. I did not smell any sort of smoke as other reviews indicated. Parking is $20 a day which is cheap for the area, but space is limited so you have to arrive and check in early. Stayed with my dog for a week and had zero issues. I would absolutely recommend.”
