“Very comfortable room. Plenty of lighted parking. Safe. The staff thought it was more important to mop the floor behind the bar area than to help a guest with the evening purchase from the store. I politely ask, 3 times to help me purchase the items. 3 times he said let me finish mopping the floor. I let him mop his floor & I put the 3 items back on the shelve & returned to my room. I truly hope his floor is clean.”

“I frequently stay at Hyatt throughout the country. This location was okay at best. When I arrived I was ignored, never spoken to while waiting to check in. The agent was right at the front and never even looked up. Then the room we were in had no ac. We were told we would be in another room on our floor by one young lady, then when moving told it would be on a totally different floor by someone else. The second room we were moved to didn't have a microwave. They weren't able to sale certain items because they were not in their system to sale yet. We were extremely disappointed. Thankfully the bed was still comfortable.”
