Stayed for a hockey tournament. Hotel smelled of old smoke, needs new carpets and repainting. Room size ok, but fitting five people on two full size beds and a sofa pull out couch not ideal. Phone didn't work. Did not have coffee out for guests all day. Breakfast was ok, but disappointing that the breakfast buffet was not open. Forgot toothpaste but the hotel was also out so had to run to the store for that. Also, had to grab tissues. I know this seems trivial, however, hotels typically have this sort of stuff. Got charged two different prices for Gatorade. We did enjoy the pool though.

Nice rooms, clean and comfortable and quiet ... we had a nice time there and good continental breakfast. Staff was also all very nice and welcoming

We had such a good experience here! The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We booked a 2 bed room, which felt more like a suite because there was a "living room" area away from the beds with a couch and the desk, plus a separate sink for making coffee and such. There was free parking and free breakfast. The staff members were all helpful and polite. The pool felt a little out-dated, but my daughter really loved it anyway. :) The hotel was far enough out from downtown of the city that we didn't feel lost getting to it, but close enough that we drove in each day of our stay quite easily. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. All in all, we had a great say and would not hesitate to go back!

Very few cable channels and guide does not work on the TV. Made service only once during your one week stay. However you can get clean linens and towels handed to you to change yourself upon request. The pool is cute but it wasn't even stocked with pool towels daily. Very small free breakfast. Not even any coffee in the lobby during the day. No room service either.

This hotel is good for a quick stay. Comfortable beds, helpful front desk, and the grab-n-go breakfast was good and still very COVID friendly. It could definitely use a face lift and some new carpet, though. Also, the door frames should be checked, ours seemed a bit loose, & shower liner in 206 needs to be changed, it's getting a bit dingy. Other than that, it was a good stay!
