Ficamos aqui uma noite para uma corrida de arrancada. O fato de ser um Hyatt eu realmente pensei que seria a par com um marriot ou similar. Nós chegamos mais tarde na noite, nos registramos. Chegamos ao nosso quarto e percebemos que estava bem abafado e tinha um cheiro de mofo / úmido. Começamos a olhar ao redor e foi como se o quarto nunca tivesse sido limpo. Sanitários e chão do banheiro eram absolutamente nojentos. Cabelo no chuveiro, mofo preto acima da porta do banheiro. Cabelo no interruptor de luz. A porta do quarto estava travada e você tinha que forçá-la a abrir. Os lençóis e cobertores da cama pareciam úmidos com a umidade do quarto. Reclamei na recepção. Eles me disseram que estavam completamente ocupados, mas olharam e eles tinham um cancelamento, então eles arranjaram outro quarto para nós. Não era o quarto original com uma cama king size para minha esposa e eu, em vez disso, era um quarto mais barato com duas camas de casal. Não é um problema. Nós compartilhamos uma das camas muito confortavelmente. Este quarto era mais limpo, embora houvesse alguns problemas. Situação semelhante com o banheiro, mas não tão sujo. La puerta de la habitación estaba atascada y había que forzarla para abrirla. Las sábanas y la manta de la cama se sentían húmedas por la humedad de la habitación. Me quejé a la recepción. Me dijeron que estaban completamente llenos, pero miraron y tenían una cancelación, así que redondearon otra habitación para nosotros. No era la habitación original con una cama king size para mi esposa y yo, sino que era una habitación más barata con dos dobles. No es un problema. Compartimos una de las camas cómodamente. We stayed here one night for a drag race. The fact that it was a Hyatt I really thought it would be on par with a marriot or similar. We arrived later in the evening, checked in. Got to our room and noticed it was pretty muggy and had a mildew/humid smell. We started looking around and it was like the room was never cleaned. Toilets and bathroom floor were absolutely disgusting. Hair in the shower, black mold above the bathroom door. Hair on the light switch. The door to the room was stuck and you had to force it open. The sheets and blanket on the bed felt damp from the humidity in the room. I complained to the front desk. They told me they were completely booked but looked and they had a cancellation so they rounded up another room for us. It wasn’t the original room with a king size bed for my wife and I, instead it was a cheaper room w/two doubles. Not a problem. We shared one of the beds pretty comfortably. This room was cleaner, although there were some issues. Similar situation with the toilet , but not as dirty. The rooms had small wall A/C units rather than a thermostat and a fully air conditioned room. It was extremely noisy and even set at the lowest setting of 61 we were pretty uncomfortable while sleeping. The ground floor was nice and cool but once you went up to the third and fourth floors it was hot and muggy like they ac was broken, struggling or they had it off. Our original room was 312 and we were moved to 434. For over $200 for a night, very disappointed.

No meu caminho para a Flórida, eu e minha família paramos e nos hospedamos neste hotel. Este lugar é desagradável e fedorento. O pessoal é muito hostil. O quarto tinha um odor muito característico, como se não estivesse limpo há anos. Este lugar precisa ser atualizado. Não deveríamos ter ficado e neste hotel e aqui está o porquê. O cheiro e a limpeza, o pessoal em seus telefones também no meio da noite eu estava acordando com algo me mordendo na perna. Não tenho certeza do que era. ESTE LUGAR É APENAS SAGRADO, NÃO FIQUE AQUI !!

On my way to Florida me and my family stopped and stayed in this hotel. This place a nasty and stink. The staff is very unfriendly. The room had a very distinctive odor like it was not clean in years. This place need to be updated. We should have not stayed and at this hotel and here is why. The odor and cleanliness, the staff on their phones also in the middle of the night I was awaking up with something biting me on my leg. Not sure what it was. THIS PLACE IS JUST NASTY DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Excelente servicio al cliente de Lola - ¡por favor, dale un gran aumento a esa encantadora dama! We're so glad that we decided to make this our stop for the night on our road trip from Massachusetts to Florida! Excellent customer service from Lola - please give that lovely lady a big raise!! Very comfy and clean rooms, amazing shower and good breakfast. Looking forward to staying here on our way back! And they are pet friendly and were very accommodating to our four legged kids! 😁

A equipe e serviço foi incrível! Will, que é o cavalheiro na recepção durante a noite foi ótimo, profissional e muito útil! Eu mencionei a ele que minha família não será uma estranha neste maravilhoso hotel. Somos de Nova York e de outro hotel próximo (nem vale a pena dizer o nome deles. Eles tinham um serviço péssimo!) Não tínhamos o quarto pronto quando chegamos, então nos mandaram para o Hyatt e deixe-me dizer, valeu a pena a viagem para ficar neste Hyatt! Nice quartos limpos e o restante da equipe foi grande. Eu recomendo este hotel se você estiver em Chester Va. 😀

The staff and service was awesome! Will, who is the gentleman at the front desk overnight was great, professional and very helpful! I mentioned to him that my family will not be a stranger to this wonderful hotel. We're from NYC and another hotel nearby (it's not even worth saying their name. They had horrible service!) didn't have our room ready when we arrived so they sent us to the Hyatt and let me tell you, it was worth the trip to stay at this Hyatt! Nice clean rooms and the rest of the staff was great. I highly recommend this hotel if you're ever in Chester Va. 😀

Eu estive em muitos lugares, mas este lugar é definitivamente especial. A equipe foi além de incrível !!! Todas as pessoas que trabalharam no hotel que cruzei na minha estadia de 4 noites me falaram ... um simples "bom dia", "olá" ou "boa noite" enquanto você está passando vai longe !! As instalações são imaculadas ... muito limpo. Perto de comida ridiculamente saborosa ... de um Wawa's não menos 🤣🤣🤣 Acomodações elegantes e acessíveis. Eu realmente aproveitei minha estadia.

I have been many places but this place is definitely special. The staff was beyond amazing!!! Every person who worked at the hotel who I crossed in my 4 night stay spoke to me... a simple "good day", "hello" or "good evening" as you are walking by goes a long way!! The premises are immaculate... very clean. Close to some ridiculously tasty food... from a Wawa's no less 🤣🤣🤣 Affordable, classy accommodations. I really enjoyed my stay.

Las camas viejas, la nevera sonó toda la noche y el aire acondicionado era una locura. Pasamos muy mala noche. El desayuno no estaba mal pero le faltaba sustancia y habían cosas muy frías que necesitaban microondas. Hasta el café estaba frio.
