The room was clean and the staff is friendly. We didn’t sleep more than 2 hours because of the partying going on outside the hotel. Truly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. All this stay was good for was a hot shower… can’t recommend staying here to anyone

Notice that our room had no way to close off the bedroom from the living room. I wanted to watch TV without disturbing my wife. Notice that maintenance is not making simple repairs. Take a look at the control panel in the elevators. Yes, we will be back to Hyatt.

Not so great if you're looking for a peaceful nights sleep. Incredibly comfortable room and accomodating staff. Very close to local nightlife. Too close to get any sleep at night while the nightclub in the same parking is blasting bass all night. Not to mention the overcrowded parking lot with club goers usurping hotel guest parking and driving through the parking lot blasting even more bass. The hotel does offer ear plugs. Not helpful. Definitely will NOT be staying here again. Very upsetting and disappointing.

Located in old town which is a nice area with lots of amenities. Staff was friendly with one exception late at night. Drinks and snacks at front desk is nice in a pinch or late night snacking. Bar in same place. Rooms are nice, adequate parking space, microwave available in lobby, safe in room. Overall, very pleased. No complaints

Super close to the entertainment district in Scottsdale (clubs & bars), like walking distance , which was awesome! The room was a lot bigger than I thought it would be, I had no idea it would have a separate living room with a couch and fridge, lots of space which was great! The staff was super friendly, too. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the website did not list whatsoever that I would have to pay a separate $150 "damage deposit" upon check in, so I was very unprepared for that and had to transfer money around in order to make it work. I've never had to deal with that before, so I was a little frustrated. I will look for those kinds of things on hotel websites from now on or call ahead of time to check. I was refunded the $150 which was good and was only charged the cost of the room that my reservation details showed, just wish I would have known beforehand so I could have been a bit more prepared! Otherwise, super awesome hotel and a perfect location for what we wanted to do on our trip! :)

Clean rooms, soft beds, clean lobby, and located walking distance to bars, shops, and restaurants. Breakfast is grab and go due to COVID. Front desk was very helpful and fast. The elevators are slow as molasses though so ask to be on a lower floor unless you have 20 minutes to kill for the elevator.

Our room wasn't ready at 10 mins to 5pm but Brendan was helpful and stepped right up to help us with our luggage that needed to be stored indoors while we went to dinner with friends. Despite that minor hiccup our overnight stay was perfect.

The front desk staff absolutely knows the value of a customer service even when you were walking off the street they make me feel like I've been there a thousand times. And inviting. The bathroom was a spotless with fresh towels and linens. they even at here to an eco-friendly policy that doesn't make you want to tear your hair out by only giving you one towel! I would recommend this hotel 1000 times over.

The Hyatt Place in Scottsdale AZ is a fantastic place to stay when visiting AZ. It is clean, safe, modern and all the things you’d want from a hotel. It was so nice to be with in a one block walk to the bar and restaurant district because we didn’t feel like driving too far for food. Lia helped check me in at 1:30 and it couldn’t have been smoother. She was very friendly and helpful. I’m especially grateful for how safe the area felt. It’s well lit, clean and ample space to park vehicles of any size. The breakfast in the morning was really good. I love staying at Hyatt properties and this was definitely up to the high standard that I’ve come to expect. Thank you so much for the restful night, a much needed reprieve on my journey from Georgia to California. I will differently stay here on my way through again.
