Mr. Dan at the front desk, checked us in, and he was absolutely the best host to welcome me and my sister in from our 3 hour flight. We were greeted with a smile, and received amazing service that was generous towards my sister's birthday weekend! We want to thank Dan, and all the staff for providing us a welcoming weekend at The Hyatt Place Downtown/Seattle, and we are humbled to receive such special accommodations, for my sister's birthday! Cheers to all the Hyatt Place personnel for a great job!

Me agradeça mais tarde! Este lugar é um dos meus favoritos na área. Estou aqui há muito tempo. Se você ficar por alguns dias, com certeza não ficará desapontado.A equipe é super simpática e acolhedora. A equipe de limpeza mantém o local com uma ótima aparência e o local fica próximo a ótimos lugares para se visitar. A agulha do espaço e o MoPop estão a uma curta distância. Eu tinha uma visão horrível e o café da manhã é uma merda, mas no geral cinco estrelas.

Hospedado setembro 2021 foi imediatamente saudado no check-in por Dan. Dan foi ótimo e ele também me deu toneladas de ótimas dicas de viagens locais que ele foi acima e além para garantir que minha estadia foi ótima. Os quartos eram limpos e meu quarto tinha uma excelente vista da agulha do espaço. A única desvantagem era que a pressão da água do chuveiro estava um pouco baixa. Mas definitivamente não é o fim do mundo, recomendo vivamente que fiquem aqui! Também muitas estações de desinfetante para as mãos!

Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any stay. This web site will compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later! This place is one of my favorites in the area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't be disappointed. Staff is super nice and welcoming. Cleaning crew keeps the place looking great and the location is next to great places to visit. Space needle and the MoPop is walking distance. I had a horrible view and the breakfast sucks but overall five stars.

Stayed September 2021 was instantly greeted upon check in by Dan. Dan was great and he also gave me tons of great local travel tips he went above and beyond to make sure my stay was great. The rooms were clean and my room had a great view of the space needle. Only downside was the shower water pressure was a-little low. But definitely not the end of the world I highly recommend staying here! Also lots of hand sanitizer stations !

Este hotel foi fantástico! Soltei um suspiro de alívio no minuto em que entrei no saguão. A equipe foi muito simpática e prestativa. O lobby era lindo. Eu estava hesitante em visitar Seattle devido à má imprensa que ela tem recebido, mas estou feliz por ter ido. Eu viajei com uma criança de 10 anos e ambos nos sentimos seguros caminhando os 6 minutos até o Space Needle. Nós só vimos talvez 2 pessoas sem-teto na área ao redor do hotel. O quarto era limpo e moderno, a cama era confortável, o A / C e a TV funcionavam e a pressão da água era adequada. Eles forneciam um café da manhã grátis para viagem, o que era decente, e até legal da parte deles, já que a maioria dos hotéis não estava mais oferecendo café da manhã. Minha única reclamação foi que eu tive que pagar $ 30 para estacionar em sua garagem. O estacionamento do hotel para os hóspedes deve ser incluído no custo do quarto. Cobrar para estacionar é apenas outra tática para matar pessoas de níquel e dez centavos. No entanto, eles me permitiram estacionar em sua garagem pelo resto do dia, mesmo depois de fazer o check-out. Beware! Decent place, great location. Then why 2 stars? We joined them during a 2 week road trip as our home for 2 nights while visiting Seattle. Upon checking we asked 2 different members if the underground garage was safe explaining we had bikes that were locked onto the back of our vehicle. We were told it was a very safe garage with cameras, security staff that performed patrols and a very solid gate. Simply put, our bikes were stolen and the staff attempted to accommodate, but the owners group did nothing. The police thought it was most likely an “inside job”. If the staff tells you it’s safe and it’s not shouldn’t they cover your losses? Very disappointing.

This hotel was fantastic! I breathed a sigh of relief the minute I entered the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was beautiful. I was hesitant to visit Seattle due to the bad press it has been receiving but I am glad I went. I traveled with a 10 year old and we both felt safe walking the 6 minutes to the Space Needle. We only saw maybe 2 homeless people in the area around the hotel. The room was clean and modern, the bed was comfortable, the A/C and TV both worked, and the water pressure was adequate. They provided a free to-go breakfast which was decent, and nice of them to even offer since most hotels aren't providing breakfast anymore. My only complaint was that I had to pay $30 to park in their garage. Hotel parking for guests should be included in the cost of the room. Charging for parking is just another tactic to nickel and dime people to death. However, they did allow me to park in their garage for the rest of the day even after I checked out. I was grateful for that because the safety of my car while we were off exploring was a concern of mine. I highly recommend this hotel. The location was perfect and you can't beat the price compared to other hotels in the area.

No está mal en relación calidad precio dado la localización, pero falla en muchos básicos. La habitación sin caja fuerte, el desayuno mediocre, el gimnasio no tiene equipamiento. Por la parte positiva, la rapidez del Check in / out, el café gratis todo el día.
