“If I could give it 0 stars I would. We couldn’t even talk without a complain. We were just talking and received a complaint I would never stay here again. Worse place and plus I found a bug on the bed and they didn’t do anything about it.”

“Staff are friendly but did not keep their word. We stayed 3 nights and asked for our room to be serviced after the first two nights. Reception confirmed it would be done. It wasn't. Additionally, 1 of 2 elevators was broken resulted in frustratingly long wait times. Based on reading other reviews, this is a recurring issue with this Hyatt. Continental breakfast was done well. The rooms are fine. In general this is a good Hyatt asset in a good location that is just poorly managed.”
