“I was very disappointed with this location. I booked here because the Hyatt website said there was a restaurant on premises and after driving for 9 hours, looked forward to having dinner and not driving anywhere else. When we got there we were told it was closed. You would think that Hyatt would keep their website up to date? I told the front desk person my adult son was sleeping on the foldout couch since they didn't have any rooms with 2 beds. There weren't linens for his bed. We found 1 pillow in a closet and a sheet that had been on the foldout for who knows how long. I gave him some of my linens from my bed. I also requested a safety pin or sewing kit from the front desk the next morning and was told they didn't have those items. Really? At a Hyatt hotel? The room was clean and comfortable, but lacked everything else we expected. When I came through Topeka on my way home from my trip, I made a reservation at a different hotel.”

“We stayed here for 3 nights for the Country Stampede. The rooms were clean and spacious, it has a nice fitness center that was clean and had exactly what I needed, and the staff was very friendly. They corrected an issue with our room without hesitation and even issued new room keys with a smile at 2am when we arrived back and realized we left our keys in the room. I would definitely recommend staying here! I haven’t experienced customer service like this in a very long time!”
