“I am not a guest. However, I am attending an event( 01-28-22) I have to say that your morning global guests agents and the front desk morning manager, who worked on the morning of my conference are not what I expected from Hyatt customer service agents. As a first time visitor to your Atlanta property, the service was much to be desired. I am a doctor and I have never in my many years of traveling had to experience what I experienced at your property. There is much needed sensitivity training needed for your global front desk agents and the female manager that was on duty. It’s important for your agents to ask probing questions. Never insult an individuals intelligence. Greet guests with a smile. We are living in tough times and you never know what people are dealing with in their personal lives.”

“Hotel is beautiful and airy. Great location, walking distance to all the attractions. Room was spacious. Our room was beautiful but had to have it cleaned again. Dinner was good. A little pricey. Overall a nice experience.”
