Pools and swim-up bar is wonderful. Only the front pool is heated which that sucks. Could have the entire pool heated to spread people out more. Lots of small children hogging the hot tubes. Rooms are great. Employees made us feel very welcome. Drinks are excellent. Food on the other hand was a different story. Especially the restaurants. The choices are great but the food was not anything to write home about. They need to do better in this area and they would be on top as a resort. Their shows were good as well as the entertainment by the pool. Beach was exceptionally clean! Amazing views!!!!!

Loved my experience here! It definitely felt safe, very clean. The suites were nice and spacious. Awesome rain shower. Definitely party vibes, loud music, karaoke and dancing. So as another reviewer said, may not be the best for kids. BUT if you’re looking for a good time, definitely go! Service was impeccable!

This was only my second ever all-inclusive experience, but it exceeded all of my expectations. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and they were a big highlight of this trip. Shout out to Tony, Esteban, Margarita, Marcos!! The room was bigger than I expected and very clean. We only ordered room service once and it arrived very quickly. I was nervous about the food quality since all-inclusives usually have a reputation for not having the greatest food. However, everything we had was so fresh and tasty! I especially loved the buffet (La Plaza) for all of the fresh fruit, and also La Hacienda Beach Grill for the burgers and drinks. This was the perfect vacation that I needed, and I was able to spend all day laying by the pool and reading.

Beautiful, clean and spacious place. Wonderful staff and great food. All the restaurants and eateries we tried were excellent. The only place that did not get high marks, was the Italian restaurant. The bed and the pillows are very comfortable. The shower is perfect, the rooms are very nice. The only weird thing was that my room had no couch, table or chair. That was room 3539 . We could not use the ocean. Recommended.

My family and I Enjoyed this hotel. The Rooms were nice. The Steak house and the hibachi were great. The alcohol options could be better. Staff was always so friendly and helpful. The kids club/pool was a hit for my 4 year old. The spa was nice and relaxing. I hope to return in the future.

There are 2 pools in the open when you head in, unfortunately the main pool has less than 10 people while everyone is packed by the Infiniti pool, which makes the main pool almost obsolete. They also set 1/3 of the area by the pool to be gazebo reservation, ranging from 65 to 100 just to rent the gazebo, which makes the experience less desirable since they are always not fully utilized due to the price. There is a rule in the hotel about not be able to save spots, we follow the rules but soon realize by 9am, all the seats by the pool has already been taken while there is almost no one by the pool, finding a pool site seat becomes impossible if you arrive after 9am. Kids pool is excellent, food and service are also very nice. Hopefully my review can help the rest of the people that are planning to visit.

Great facility. People are very welcoming and seem very happy that you are there. The food is consistently remarkable, including the buffets in which the food is continually replaced to insure freshness. Beautiful beach but ocean not swimmable, but pools are great. Adult pool is spacious and kept for adults only with its own bar and grill service

Was amazing, food was outstanding at all the restaurants, service was great, never an empty glass, ocean beach was so blue and clear and enjoyable. Swim pool was amazing has an adult pool away from all the kids. Just relax and have a drink. The french restaurant has the best food.

I really loved it here the service was amazing the food was spectacular the staff made you feel like family. Victor gave me great service at every breakfast buffet I felt like I had all my own personal waiter. Along with margarita who was amazing as well. They made my stay here amazing, was beautiful you must see the arch a $20 boat to work took us around the arch to see the sides of it that the best guys will tell you the history on and more what a great trip I can’t wait to go back

Everyone was absolutely lovely, and fun. I really want to comment on the people, I mean the rooms are great, the food, Devine. But the staff really made this trip for me! They were warm and welcoming and so respectful! They all do such a wonderful job, and serving so many people can be so tiring! But they keep their lovely attitudes are are outstandingly polite. I would come here time and time again, just because of the atmosphere the staff of Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos have created.
