“Friendly and accommodating staff. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet surpassed any hotel I've ever been to. Food was delicious and the dining area has a welcoming ambiance. Located in close proximity to the Haram and there are a number of food outlets located on the lower floors of the hotel building.”

“If i could rate this hotel a zero i would. For the amount of money paid the services we got were so so so bad. The towels were disgusting with stains in them and body hair. TWICE. The sheets smelled like food. Actually the entire hotel smelled like food. The staff are not helpful. It took them 4 hours to deliver our shopping to the room. Total rip off. Most important thing is hygiene, there was none here i was so scared to even sleep on the ripped bed sheets that were provided. Disgusting.”
