“Service for breakfast and the bar very slow. The dinner service in the JW Steakhouse was excellent. Front desk "supervisor" argued with us when checking out as we wanted a receipt to confirm no mini bar use - have had problems in other hotels, finding a charge after on our credit cards after getting back home. All in all, it is overpriced for the level of service here. Should be much better.”
