“Accessible place, rooms are spacious, but service and response ungracious. A good amount of USD stolen from bag, but the authorities termed it as hypothesis. One day the room was left unlocked by the room service and the management didn't pay heed.
For room security and management behavior please think twice before you chose, God forbid if your valuable is stolen from a bag within the room you may end up getting the agreement copy saying the hotel is not responsible, And the worst part an un apologetic behavior and not trusting the customer, terming incident taking place in their premises as hypothesis.”

“This hotel has everything you need to have a pleasant stay when visiting Mexico City. The pictures in their website, truly depict what they have to offer. A clean, and nice place to enjoy yourself. The staff is extremely friendly, and courteous. The hotel is very well located; there are many places to eat within walking distance. Also the park where they sell art is a couple of blocks from the hotel. There, you'll find a ton of local artists selling their pieces on Saturday. The area where the hotel is, feels secure. There's also a nice looking restaurant located near the lobby; and although, we didn't have a chance to eat there, I think I should pass that on.”
