“The room was very nice and view was fantastic. No complaints about that what so ever. I was however, disappointed in the service. I booked this for my engagement night and got the celebration package. I called their Guest service agent to see what the celebration package entailed. I called two separate times, and no one picked up. The second time I left a voicemail asking them to return my call. 3 days went by and I received no call. I finally called the reservation hotline where I spoke with a young woman who was very nice. She informed me we would get champagne, cake, and that their would be breakfast in bed in the morning. I was very happy with this. Upon our arrival at the hotel, I was informed there was no breakfast in bed and that the restaurant was closed. This was upsetting but mistakes happen. I then got to the room and there was no champagne and no cake. I went back down and they did send up those items, and told me the cake was to make up for not having the breakfast delivered to the room. The cake was supposed to already be a part of it. The lack of communication by the by the guest service agent and being misinformed about what we could expect for this package made the engagement night a little frustrating. Overall they did try to fix it and I'm thankful for their attempt, but for $500 you'd think service would be top notch. It was not. For that reason the hotel was "Ok."”
