“La habitación era asquerosa: grandes manchas sucias en el piso, cosas marrones no identificables en el piso del baño, secciones marrones hundidas del techo y la habitación olía como si alguien hubiera fumado allí y trataron de cubrirlo con un fuerte perfume. Tengo fotos de todos los problemas, pero no puedo encontrar una manera de contactar al gerente del hotel para quejarme. De hecho, me dio dolor de cabeza por el moho y el olor. El único punto positivo fue el hombre extremadamente agradable en el Check-in. Incluso el desayuno era lamentable y no bueno.”
