Não vale a pena $ 800 por um fim de semana em Washington dc. É uma excelente área com uma equipe maravilhosa. Existem muitas outras opções. Tenho de dizer que não gosto do cheiro de cão através do hotel. Os quartos são luminosos e arejados e espaçosos. Mas eu não voltarei lá. Lovely hotel com funcionários calorosos vive até a reputação Kimpton. Ótima decoração e quartos luxuosos. As visualizações não são ruins, mas não são dignas de nota. Poor experience at this hotel.Dirty-looking bathroom, weak shower, temperature change during shower, almost burned.No breakfast, parking twice the price in town for the whole day.Péssima experiência neste hotel. Banheiro com aparência suja, ducha fraca, muda de temperatura durante o banho, quase me queimei. Sem café da manhã, estacionamento o dobro do preço na cidade para o dia inteiro.Não vale o preço.

Tivemos um momento INCRÍVEL! Fizemos um staycation aqui para o meu passe de aniversário! Jypsy foi tão complacente e nos atualizou para uma suíte e nos trouxe champanhe grátis na cobertura! O telhado é tudo !!!!! Há tantos lugares incríveis neste hotel - lugares bonitos para sentar, conversar e sair, e tantos lugares bonitos para fotos! A única decepção é que a piscina não é aquecida, mas ainda assim pulamos na água, lol! Nós definitivamente estaremos de volta!

¡Tuvimos un tiempo INCREÍBLE! Hicimos una estancia aquí para mi cumpleaños - ¡pase de un día! Jypsy fue muy servicial y nos ascendió a una suite y nos trajo champán gratis en la azotea. La azotea lo es todo !!!!! Hay tantos lugares increíbles en este hotel: lugares lindos para sentarse, charlar y pasar el rato, ¡y tantos lugares lindos para tomar fotografías! La única decepción fue que la piscina no está climatizada, pero aun así nos metimos, ¡jajaja! ¡Definitivamente vamos a estar de vuelta!

We had an AMAZING time! We did a staycation here for my birthday - day pass! Jypsy was so accommodating and upgraded us to a suite and brought us free champagne on the rooftop! The rooftop is everything!!!!! There’s so many amazing spots at this hotel - cute places to sit and chat and hang out, and SO many cute photo op spots! The only disappointment was that the pool isn’t heated, but we still jumped in, lol! We will definitely be back!

My husband and I had our wedding reception here, and I cannot say enough about how incredible our experience was. Our guests LOVED their rooms. They all raved about the huge showers, comfortable beds, and beautiful decor. If you're looking for a place to stay on your trip to DC, you will not be disappointed in the Viceroy! The rooms are fantastic, but it's really the staff that put this hotel over the top. From the front desk, to the servers, to the event staff, everyone was so helpful and friendly with our guests, which really made the wedding special. Kate, the Director of Sales, was the event liaison for our reception and she was simply incredible. In the many months leading up to our wedding, she was extremely communicative and helpful. She always had time to talk to us and answer our questions. On our wedding day, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. After we left the church and arrived at our reception, it was SO nice to be able to relax and let the event staff take the reins. The event staff took care of everything for us. Kate really listened to our vision for the reception and made it come to life. If you are looking for an event venue that will work tirelessly with you to bring your vision to life and make sure you and every single one of your guests has an incredible time, look no further! El hotel es aceptable, pero por 4 estrellas y casi $900 por 2 noches esperaba mucho más te cargan adicional por estacionamiento $49.00 diarios uso de wifi $27.00 DIARIOS!!! No hay café ni desayuno incluido era una habitación para 4 personas y solo habían dos botellas de agua pequeñitas pague mucho más que en un hotel de Disney. Definitivamente no volvería a este hotel.

I must say, the customer service at this hotel is top notch. Everyone from the valet to the front desk are truly wonderful. As for my stay personally, I have to give a shout out to Seth, Robert, Mike and Carlos. Each made my stay equally wonderful in their own way - from going the extra mile to help keep my car ready and available in the front when I needed to leave, to packing my car up when I left and taking the time to help acquaint me with the area. The rooms were nice and the hand soap and lotion were luxurious! Truly, I was about to take it home until I read they were $35 each 😆 Lastly, as a dog Mom, it was so EASY! No extra paperwork or hold up when it came to checking in. My sweet pup had a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was also had several dogs there as well. Just a great stay! Thank you team for our pleasant stay. We will be back!

The staff was exceptionally upbeat and helpful, despite the heat and the pandemic. It is a very dog-friendly hotel as well as a people-friendly hotel. The gentleman who took care of our parking was kind and prompt, and appreciated. The rooms are open and welcoming and the beds were amazingly comfortable. We never sleep well when traveling, but we both slept like babies the three nights we were here. Plan on coffee elsewhere, but the hotel and the staff are gems.

Estadia fantástica neste hotel. Não posso expressar o quanto fiquei feliz por ficar e conhecer uma equipe tão simpática. Ariel e Karen na recepção nos trataram como uma família. Karen foi fantástica em fazer recomendações e até mesmo nos deu uma ótima conversa. Ariel também era tão agradável e apesar de usar máscara eu ainda podia ver seu sorriso. O hotel era limpo e a decoração era muito boa. A piscina era maravilhosa, especialmente nesses dias de verão para cães. Altamente recomendado.

Estancia fantástica en este hotel. No puedo expresar lo feliz que estaba de quedarme y conocer a un personal tan amable. Ariel y Karen en la recepción nos trataron como si fuéramos de la familia. Fantastic stay at this hotel. I can not express how happy I was to stay and meet such a friendly staff. Ariel and Karen at the front desk treated us like family. Karen was fantastic at making recommendations and even gave us some great conversation. Ariel was also so pleasant and despite wearing mask I could still see her smile. The hotel was clean and the decor was really nice. The pool was wonderful especially on these dog days of summer. Highly recommend.

Ficamos muito desapontados com a nossa estadia com Mason & Rook. Sabíamos que o hotel seria reformado. O que não sabíamos é que iriam demonstrar tanta falta de noção e falta de cuidado com o conforto dos hóspedes que nos colocariam em uma sala em plena construção, de modo que ficamos constantemente ouvindo serras e martelos, a partir das 8h. Este foi concebido para ser uma estadia relaxante para o nosso aniversário, portanto, ser incapaz de ficar confortavelmente no quarto foi particularmente decepcionante. Pedimos para mudar de quarto e eles rapidamente acomodados. No entanto, eles nos colocaram em outra sala abaixo da construção ativa, onde indiscutivelmente as serras e os martelos eram ainda mais barulhentos.Além disso, há apenas dois elevadores no prédio, e um estava quebrado, então passamos o fim de semana subindo e descendo as escadas. We were really disappointed in our stay with Mason & Rook. We knew the hotel would be renovating. What we didn't know is they would demonstrate such cluelessness and lack of care for guests' comfort that they would put us in a room right under active construction, so that we were constantly hearing saws and hammers, starting at 8AM. This was meant to be a relaxing stay-cation for our anniversary, so being unable to comfortably stay in the room was particularly disappointing. We asked to switch rooms and they quickly accommodated. However, they put us in another room below active construction, where arguably the saws and hammers were even louder.Moreover, there are only two elevators in the building, and one was broken, so we spent the weekend going up and down the stairs. The beds are not very comfortable. Really, it feels like a cheap hotel pretending to be a nice one.They did not go out of their way to do anything nice for their guests to try and make up for the renovations (bath robe or something from minibar, anything that most other hotels would offer given the situation). We were both disappointed that we wasted our limited time off and our limited funds on the place.The staff was very friendly and the location was great, which earned the hotel an extra star.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming, but overall the visit was very disappointing. The restaurant and rooftop access were closed for construction, absolutely no mention of this during booking. Hallway smelled bad, like a portapotty. Holes in the ceiling in random places with loose dry wall. Awakened very early each day by construction noises and/or house keeping screaming in the hallways. Overall, paid for 4 star hotel and recieved less than motel quality. *Edited to add: they "had a glitch" and secretly charged us $500 a month later, absolutely no reason. Refunded, but only because we noticed. Watch yourself with these people.

We just had a 1 night stay and it was nice. We didn't really utilize all the M&R had to offer. However, the beds and linens were luxurious. The pillows were perfect, and the condition kept the perfect temp. We could hear no road noise, and with the blackout shades, we could have slept all day. The bathroom was spacious with a massive shower. The view from our room was a bit gritty, but we were in DC, that's how it goes.

Not worth $800 for a weekend in Washington dc. Its a great area with wonderful staff. There are many other options. I have to say didn't like the dog smell through out the the hotel. The rooms are bright airy and spacious. But I won't be returning there. I will say the radiator restaurant is a must go to with great food..

Lovely hotel with warm staff lives up to the Kimpton reputation. Great decor and luxurious rooms. Views aren't bad but unremarkable. The spa suite has a decadent soaking tub and very comfortable bed. Linens are soft and silky smooth. Definitely on the list to return to.

This property almost got a perfect score. Firstly the staff was always friendly and incredibly welcoming. Michael at the front desk made the absolute best first impression and continued to be astonishing for the duration of my stay. Rooms need just a little updating, mostly cosmetic. The bed was not entirely comfortable. I tossed and turned quite a bit, too hard mostly, and then a sunken hole where the mattress had been worn. City view suite lacked any city views. Overall, it was a great stay. Location was great. I’d definitely recommend.

If you are here for the views, they are good as any in the same location. Since it's a hotel bar, crowds are less.The bar is basic, don't expect any craft beer or a good cocktail. Think of a place more like to unwind before you go back to your hotel room.

Staff was so so so nice Rooms were clean, plenty of towels, clean shower. Only compliant was there was one towel rack and four people sharing a room. Also the fridge was filled with drinks to purchase so we couldn’t put our own stuff in there. No freezer. Around the corner from 14th streets where there are a lot of restaurants 12-15 min wall to metro Safe, we’ll lit area. Did not have opportunity to eat at hotel

I live in DC but wanted to have a stay-cation and this was the place my wife selected. Great downtown location. The Hotel has a restaurant so there are also many places to eat in walking distance. Parking is typical DC street parking but you can always valet. Rooms were super spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and very accommodating.

Beautiful accommodations. Super soft bed, amazing bathroom, perfect water pressure in the shower. We stayed on the 10th floor right below the bar, so we heard a lot of loud partying directly above the bedroom. Something to keep in mind if you decide to want to start on the top floor for the view: you'll likely hear partying above you (this was a Friday night so it wasn't a surprise) The pool is much smaller than the photos taken on Google. Food portions are fairly sized, they were meant to be for a single servicing for one person. We asked.

Beautiful big rooms. Shower was literally 30 or 40 square feet. Easily the biggest shower I’ve ever been in. Lots of marble too! Bathroom was gorgeous, beds soft, rooms very very clean. Nice reasonable mini bar selection. Beautiful lobby. I LOVE the Kimpton hotels. Joint in wood floor /carpet was fraying and carpet had some stains. Otherwise nearly perfect.

Es un hotel para hombres de negocios y eventos sociales nocturnos. No lo recomiendo para viajeros o turistas.Habitación demasiado grande con espacio perdido, un baño demasiado enorme con la luz que se apaga sola.Muchos eventos y gente en recepcion pero poca ayuda y mapas para los visitantes.
