“rooms smell of chemicals, some weird insects in the bathroom, food is not fresh, smell of fruit going bad at the fruit place, half of the appliances in our room did not work, most of the staff is unhelpful - even though the hotel was nearly empty with full staff (corona period) - took them good 10-15 minutes to bring a menu. to be completely fair there were 2-3 people who knew what they were doing the rest were not making any effort. the only good thing was the weather and the air temperature.”

“Lugar bonito e com boa parte da equipe simpática e competente, porém, precisam melhorar muito para atingir um status de resort completo... ocupamos 7 quartos para 14 pessoas (todos família) sentimos deficiência extrema para atender idosos com dificuldade de locomoção... chegamos a esperar 40 minutos o transporte entre quarto e recepção (a estrutura e grande e alguns quartosficam bem longe de tudo); existem pelo menos 4 tipos de allinclusive (não sabíamos disso) e vários locais são "exclusivos" para um único pacote; os gerentes da recepção são extremamente arrogantes e intransigentes pedimos late checkout somente para meus pais de 78 anos e concordamos em pagar pedindo apenas que fosse de 6 horas ao invés de 4 horas (lembrando que éramos 14 pessoas), mesmo sem reserva para o quarto pos saida, o gerente disse que passando 10 mins de 4 horas cobraria mais 40 euros. Até a recepcionista ficou sem graça... ; Nenhuma piscina é aquecida (nesta época venta muito e fica impraticável a piscina gelada) e até pegar toalha não é permitido em qualquer piscina depende do pacote. Local lindo, se voltar será em outro hotel.”
