We had a great stay at the Hilton Molino Stucky in Venice. The location is very convenient and the hotel has a water taxi that only costs €10 for unlimited rides to and from the San Marco piazza. The staff were all super friendly and the hotel Looked lovely. We even got an upgrade to a deluxe room which was fully renovated, even though we don’t have any status with Hilton, which was a very pleasant surprise!

Lovely hotel to stay. They have a lounge and swimming pool ( closed in winter ). A €10 shuttle service to st mark sq per person per stay. Staff are so helpful and friendly The drinks are amazing at the sky lounge, definitely worth a visitThe views from some of the room are amazing.Breakfast is really good, good selection.Would love to stay again.

One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying in, with breathtaking decor and an eye for detail. It has outstanding views and very helpful staff. While across the water from major sites, they offer a convenient hotel water shuttle that runs frequently. I would return and look forward to sharing the experience with others in my family. If you are anywhere in Italy, it's worth the trip to Venice just to stay here.

This hotel was incredible. The location is truly beautiful and sitting right on the water is such an incredible feeling in Venice. I loved every moment staying here and would definitely recommend it and if I return, I would definitely consider staying here again. The food was incredible for breakfast and the hotel arranged transportation which is actually a major way to save. The water taxis can add up quick but the hotel charges a one-time fee for unlimited use of their water taxi during the stay. Their concierge will book anything else you may need, which is also great. My only issue with this hotel was that the room we were in did not get any wifi connection which made it hard for me to get any work done or even look at anything on my down time. That being said, there's plenty to do in Venice so it wasn't a big deal, but something to know and consider. Also, the lounge for Diamond members is maybe the smallest one I have ever been to. We walked in and back out. Definitely wish that was a bit better as well. Otherwise, a great experience!

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Our service was great and our room was clean. I was a little hard to get to from the airport. You can take a water taxi from the airport for $15 dollars but the hotel is one of the last stops and it took almost 2 hours on the boat. The shuttle in the morning was super easy, it just doesn't run all day and all night so I would check on that when you get there.

Fantastic trip.. Highly Recommend!!! Stunning hotel, lovely staff, great service.. and I'm really fussy! Roof top pool, just €10 for stylish boat taxis for our entire stay! I could go on but all I will say is book this hotel, you won't regret it! Great job Hilton 👏 first class!

Updating my review after my first hours in the hotel… big thanks for your reply below regarding my previous experience with the concierge.appreciate that you considered the feedback . Welcome and reception We felt so welcome from the stuff when arrived. From the lady that helped us with the checking to the guest relation manager we felt home and we could not have received a warmer welcome. Room We love our Deluxe room with view over the canal. A magnificent view and a super comfortable and new room with very interesting decoration. Lovely extra amenities for gold members. Breakfast Quantity but I did not feel the quality. Here is where the restaurant should improve. Food We tried only one of the hotel restaurant (the one that proposes the chic yeti). the food and the portion were great. We tried one pasta of the day with mushrooms and truffle and 1 fish fried for 2 and the portion was enough for 2 people. The service was average.

No es l primer vez que llegamos a este estupendo hotel. Estando en Europa, quédese en un hotel norte americano, es ir seguro por sus confort. Hilton Molino Sricky es prueba de eso. Habitaciones muy cómodas. Instalaciones limpias y amplias. Un bien surtido desayuno buffet tipo americano y una estupenda vista en su terraza, hacen de este hotel una muy buena alternativa estando en Venecia. Además, a metros del hotel y orilla del canal, conseguimos estupendas alternativas para cenar. Cuentan con una bus (acuático) que te llevan ida y vuelta a la Plaza San Marco sin costo alguno. Hilton siempre es una muy buena alternativa para llegar 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Completamente decepcionada de este hotel, la habitación que reservamos no era la que nos dieron. La organización fue súper mala, no nos indicaron dónde teníamos que ir para encontrar nuestro cuarto, nos perdimos y tuvimos que volver para que nos dijeran recién. Al momento de hacer check out hice una cola para eso y uno de los trabajadores hizo pasar a una persona antes que a mí que estaba esperando, no volveré jamás. PÉSIMO.

Hotel muy bien, pero la organización es MUY MALA. Pese a que el hotel no estaba lleno, había colas para TODO: colas para desayunar, colas para reservar la piscina, colas para el barco, etc. constantemente en una cola!

Reservamos una habitación en este hotel para un fin de semana. Me esperaba algo más lujoso aunque si hay que decir que lujos tiene pero no lo que me esperaba. Una vez lleguemos allí nos dieron la habitación by resulta que daba a un patio interior y me hubiera gustado vistas al canal y encima una primera planta. La habitación estaba bien sobre todo la cama de grandes dimensiones que también tienes que pagar. El desayuno no lo contratamos ya que era superior a 25 euros y tampoco era lo máximo. Para resumir la estancia no estuvo mal pero para buscar las habitaciones nadie te acompañaba y estuvimos más de 20 minutos para encontrarla ya que hay varios edificios dentro del mismo hotel.

Amazing hotel! On a different island to the "main" island in Venice but they have a complimentary boat service to take you across. Rooms are spacious and clean and staff are friendly, but the best thing about it has to be the rooftop pool overlooking Venice! Absolutely incredible.

We enjoyed our stay at the Molino Stucky. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the executive rooms with view to Venice were also really nice.The view from the pool is also amazing. In Corona times I recommend to book a spot for the pool right away.The executive lounge also had nice snacks. We had a lovely time there.

Amazing experience! The room is fantastic, the views are completely breathtaking! The pool on the rooftop is definitely worth taking advantage of even though now during corona times the time spent at the pool is limited to 1 hour and one needs to book a time. The restaurant outside has a great view, the class though is super high so the portions are tiny. The price is also correspondingly very high. Overall a fantastic experience!

O hotel é lindo, e muito sossegado. O lounge é muito fraco, comparado com outros em que já estive da mesma cadeia. Os funcionários são atenciosos e muito prestáveis. O ferry boat que nos leva a S. Marcos é perfeito e tem um horário muito alargado, bastante útil. Ter em atenção que há horários com muita gente a querer apanhar o barco, e por regra os americanos não respeitam filas, como veio a acontecer.

Hotel muito bom. Embora esteja em outra ilha tem transporte continuo para a Praça São Marcos, cobrado uma vez por pessoa por toda a estadia. Quarto bem espaçoso, limpo e tranquilo. Hotel tem bar e restaurante na propriedade e algumas opções a poucos minutos de caminhada. Concierge deu boas dicas de passeios e lojas pra conhecer em Murano.

Lovely clean rooms. I would have gave 5 stars but we ordered a double bed and got two singles and we were told while we were out that the bed would be made into a double around 5pm and when we went out and arrived back this still hadn’t been done at 11pm so we had to call down again. We didn’t get an apology and I would have left a lower star review only that Michele and the staff in the restaurant were outstanding, friendly and hard working and made our stay more enjoyable. Overall, as a business owner I was not impressed by the reception staff. We were not asked how our stay was or if we had enjoyed our stay upon checking out. I would expect a lot more from the Hilton as a reputable brand. The food was excellent and service by the cleaning and restaurant staff. It’s a shame that the reception staff were not at the standard of the other staff members we encountered at the hotel. Definitely needs improvement!! The rooftop bar views, cocktails and staff are fabulous I would highly recommend paying the rooftop bar a visit. The Hilton taxi boat service was great and at 8.50 Euro’s per person this was great for the duration of our stay which was 4 days. Always on time and friendly staff. The building is phenomenal and I love the pictures around the restaurant of how the building used to look before renovation and the history.

Maravilloso hotel ubicado en un edificio emblemático de Venecia que solía ser la fábrica de harina más importante de europa.Vista espectacular desde el bar skyline en el último piso, en donde además está la piscina.La atención es inmejorable y tiene varias opciones de restaurantes dentro del hotel.Cuenta también con transporte marítimo gratuito cada 30 minutos al centro de Venecia. Realmente es difícil de superar este hotel.

Es un gran hotel, esta en la isla llamada Giudeca, pero tiene transporte hacia la plaza de San Marcos por 6 euros por habitación por noche. Habitaciones amplias, con muy buena vista, limpias, muy buena atención por parte del personal. Excelente servicio a la habitación.

Es muy bonito y elegante. Cuando fuimos (en invierno) había mucha gente, no me quiero imaginar como es en verano. Sentí barrera idiomatica (pocos hablan español) algo que no se espera de un hotel de esta categoría. Uno de los peores desayunos que he recibido en hoteles de esta categoría. Tuvimos muchos inconvenientes con el wifi y poca disposición del personal a ayudarnos, hay que pagar adicional si quieres acceso total a internet. También hay que pagar adicional para la zona húmeda. Cuentan con un tour gratis a una fabrica que maneja vidrio en la isla de Murano, muy bueno. Lo recomendaría tanto para parejas como familias.

Hotel muy acogedor y amplio. Habitaciones grandes, cama cómoda . Wifi gratis. Tiene servicio de vaporetto privado hacia plaza san Marco, con bastante frecuencia. El último creo recordar que era a las 24h de la noche (o 23 y algo). Los barcos de la mañana suelen tener cola y es posible que no puedas subir y esperarte al siguiente. El precio es 9 euros por toda la estancia, aunque ya lo podrían cobrar con la habitación y no como extra...El precio carísimo, nos costó más de 500 euros para 2 noches (con desayuno...)
