Hoje foi a primeira vez em Moxy Lüdwingshafen. Um hotel atraente localizado diretamente no Reno. Eu tinha um quarto com vista direta para o Reno. As adjacentes Rheinterrasse e Rhein Galerie convidam você a relaxar e fazer compras. O quarto (duplo) foi decorado em estilo moderno, embora fosse um pouco pequeno para mim, por ser um quarto duplo. Foi bom sozinho. A área da recepção também era moderna e confortavelmente mobilada. O serviço era amigável. Na próxima vez que eu for para LU, provavelmente vou ficar aqui!

Quando chegamos, ficamos muito impressionados com o hotel. Muito estiloso, muito decorado (você nem sabia para onde olhar primeiro) e tudo é novo e moderno. Existem muitas fontes de luz indireta na sala. Nem todos eles podem ser desligados. Uma faixa de luz se acende embaixo da cama, que se acende a cada movimento ... mesmo que apenas a cortina esteja se movendo ;-) O banheiro é bastante pequeno, mas com um grande chuveiro-> tampo. Você toma o café da manhã com uma bandeja bem ao lado da recepção e, em seguida, senta-se na área de entrada, por assim dizer. Isso não era realmente a coisa certa para nós, pessoas mais velhas. O café da manhã estava delicioso, mas preferimos uma aconchegante sala de café da manhã com um pouco de serviço.

Eu dei a ele um 5 estrelas, embora houvesse algumas coisas que não eram do meu agrado. Check-in foi rápido e fácil, os funcionários são muito simpáticos !! Quarto era pequeno, mas muito limpo. Banheiro muito pequeno, você teve problemas em tirar papel higiênico do rolo. Então, tiramos o rolo e colocamos na pia. Tarefa concluída!! Tentando conectar seu laptop à TV (mesmo assim seguimos as instruções), impossível! O pequeno-almoço é adequado e suficiente. Mas, como a comida não está coberta e o ar frio circula, a comida seca muito rapidamente. Então, isso pode ser algo que a administração precisa abordar. Tem sido uma estadia agradável e podemos ver-nos a regressar a este hotel.

Eu gostei. A recepção está fora do "padrão" a meio caminho entre o pub e a cafetaria, mas dá uma boa impressão. O hotel é bom e básico. Limpo, moderno e confortável. Cuidado com a luz debaixo da cama: ela acende e apaga sozinha! O café da manhã é certo, talvez sem uma escolha muito ampla, mas no geral oferece variedade. Bem feito.

I have given it a 5 star, even though there were a few things not to my liking. Check in was quick and easy, staff are very friendly!! Room was small, but very clean. Bathroom very small, you had problems taking toilet paper of the roll. So we just took the roll off and placed it on the sink. Job done!! Trying to connect your laptop to the TV(even so we followed instructions), impossible! Breakfast is adequate and enough. But because the food is not covered and cold air is circulating around, the food dries out very quickly. So that might be something management needs to address. It has been a pleasant stay and we can see ourselves returning to this hotel.

Great hotel, clean, urban, fun. Good-sized rooms with contemporary features and plenty of sockets and USB-sockets! Very limited parking. If you have to park in the mall next door (we were told to get the car first and pick up our bags then) upon exiting you have to drive around half the city to get back to the hotel and the staff don‘t tell you that. Also they block an amount in your credit card for incidentals, which is fine, but please ask, instead of just saying „I‘ve just blocked amount x on the crefit card on file in case of incidentals.“
