Me ha sorprendido mucho que un hotel de esta cadena nos haya dado este servicio. Habitación sucia y con mal olor, especialmente el baño. Nunca me he encontrado con una habitación con tantos defectos en un hotel cuatro estrellas: muchos pelos, pelusas en el baño, ventana con insectos pegados, puertas llenas de huellas... Por si eso no era suficiente, la insonorización era realmente mala: se escuchaba todo, hasta el sonido de las notificaciones del móvil y el pedal de la papelera del baño. La atención del personal también me sorprendió mucho, no nos indicaron nada (desayuno, instalaciones, mapa de la ciudad, parking) en cambio a la señora inglesa que atendieron delante de mí la informaron de todo. Lo único que tiene bueno este hotel es la ubicación y zonas de aparcamiento cerca. Desgraciadamente no volvería ni tampoco lo recomendaría.

Coincido con muchos de los comentarios que he leído en las reseñas. La ubicación es perfecta, y el hotel es muy "cómodo" pero me esperaba algo más de un NH de 4 estrellas... Las habitaciones son cómodas (la cama era muy cómoda) pero creo que necesitan una remodelación, al igual que los baños (bañera en lugar de plato de ducha, hilo musical que no funciona, etc.). Las zonas comunes más de lo mismo, la zona de recepción está muy cuidada pero los descansos que hay en las distintas plantas, no tanto... El personal de recepción nos atendió correctamente, aunque hubiera estado bien que nos hubieran preguntado si viajábamos por ocio o trabajo, ofrecernos un mapa de la zona, alguna recomendación, etc. Tampoco nos preguntaron si queríamos desayuno, ni nos informaron de su precio u horario.

Soy un incondicional de la cadena NH, y este hotel, con sus virtudes, se queda un poco por debajo del estándar de la cadena y de la categoría que ostenta La ubicación, excelente, inmejorable, a unos pasos del centro y de la preciosa plaza de la Virgen Blanca; rodeado de jardines, paseos y zonas verdes. Ofrece estacionamiento, y existen zonas de estacionamiento libre muy cerca El desayuno, abundante y variado, como viene a ser habitual en la cadena, atendido, con mucha amabilidad Aunque las habitaciones son amplias, bien equipadas, y confortables, y la limpieza es indiscutible, han acusado, como el resto del hotel, el inexorable paso del tiempo. Decoración anticuada, despegados en el papel pintado (tanto habitaciones como zonas comunes), algún pequeño desconchado en la bañera, grietas en el enlucido del techo….necesita, a mi parecer, como conocedor de otros muchos hoteles de la cadena, incluso de inferior categoría,una profunda actualización . El personal de recepción, eficaz, aunque un tanto parco en palabras, contesta solo a lo que le preguntas, y de la forma más escueta posible. Al hacer el registro, ni información sobre el lugar y horario del desayuno nos facilitaron, ni sobre lugares de interés próximos, … información que, en otras recepciones, te proporcionan espontáneamente. Por último hacer referencia a que , nosotros, que viajamos con nuestra mascota (un perro pequeño) agradecemos que lo admitan, y asumimos el pago del correspondiente suplemento ( siempre que sea razonable, como este caso), si bien, otros establecimientos tienen la cortesía de proporcionar, para el animal, una colchoneta, unos cuencos para agua y comida…. Algo que nosotros no precisamos, porque llevamos todo lo necesario, pero siempre se agradece ese detalle que este hotel no ha tenido, ni proporcionándolo ni ofreciéndolo

Excellent location, modern hotel within short walking distance of some of the main central areas of Vitoria. Modern reception, very comfortable rooms and bed. Air conditioning was not working in my room but i found the windows could be opened widely so I had to leave the window open wide during the night. The bar is a clinical brightly lit area between reception and the restaurant, not at all appealing. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Very friendly and professional staff. I would stay here again.

No pude quedar más enamorada del sitio. Las habitaciones son preciosas y bastante grandes, súper limpias y cómodas. Tuve la suerte de que me tocará en una planta alta y las vistas eran preciosas.El personal muy amable también y la comida divina y nada cara para ser un hotel de este calibre. Además, es uno de los pocos hoteles de la zona que sirven comida hasta tarde, eran las 11pm y seguían sacando platos. Unos genios!Sin lugar a dudas repetiré, nada más que decir

reserve a través de la plataforma booking y me ha dado la sensación que la habitación que me dieron no se correspondía con las fotos ni con el tamaño de lo escogido. 22m² que lo dudo sinceramente y en cuanto las fotos sale hasta una butaca que difícilmente cabría en nuestra habitación. (sólo cabe la silla del escritorio). Este hotel necesita una renovación ya que relación calidad precio no se corresponde con estándaresde otros hoteles de igual categoría. personal y desayuno buffet fantástico eso si.

Hotel confortable pero al que se le nota que necesita una reforma importante para estar a la altura de un hotel moderno. Hay muchos detalles que denotan que cualquier tiempo pasado no fue mejor: la toma de hilo musical en el baño (que no funciona), el suelo de tarima que cruje al caminar, que no haya tomas de corriente a ambos lados de la cama, que haya bañera (que se agradece) en lugar de plato de ducha... Pese a estos detalles, un sitio recomendable.

The stars seem 20 years old. Rooms need renovation. Breakfast was fine. Lobby and lounge old fashioned. Correction: the lobby and lounge were nearly unaccesable because of the event that was going on in the eventroom. The lobby was a showroom of educational posters. It was full op material.

A clean hotel at a central location in Vitoria. It offers underground parking facilities at a cost, nice views of Florida Park and the new cathedral, nice breakfast and polite service. It's a bit aged and the key issue is the sound insulation which needs work ASAP.

Has cities go this was amazing, so beautiful and clean. So many bikes it was like a little Amsterdam in parts. Its has escalators in the streets which amazed me and still using trams. Totally recommend especially if your into city breaks. We only had the one night whilst touring Spain, would have happily stayed longer.

An excellent hotel, brilliant location. Room was very good on the 9th floor with a superb view of the cathedral. Restaurant did an excellent menu of the day for only €20 each including a bottle of wine. We couldn't eat it all. Will certainly be coming back.
