“ATENCION con el acceso al hotel. Si sigues las indicaciones del GPS llegas a través de una zona donde no se puede circular y te multan con 100€. Pese a las insistentes llamadas al teléfono que aparece en Google (central de reservas NH) para que me pasaran con el hotel y me indicasen cómo acceder las únicas indicaciones que me dieron desde la central de reservas es que pusiera la dirección en el GPS. Sobre el resto de la experiencia no tengo queja pero esta desastrosa gestión por parte de NH y su central de reservas hace que lo que podría haber sido un excelente viaje quede en el mal recuerdo de una multa.”
