Hotel médio. Classificado 5 estrelas mas, essa referência muitas vezes não tem razão de ser. Avalio o café da manhã no máximo bom. Opção de almoço e ceia é extremamente limitado em seu cardápio e não vale a pena comer no hotel; pelo valor, qualidade, variedade, não se come bem. Falta um serviço de Shuttlepara os hóspedes irem até o centro ( alô, alô gestão!!!). O spa é uma "falácia" ; a recepção sobrevive como dá tentando atender a todos o melhor possível. Ponto para o conjunto de itens dos amenities!

Hotel muito bom. Localizado à 10 minutos do centro histórico é perfeito para deixar o carro no estacionamento do hotel sem preocupação de achar estacionamento na cidade.Cama e roupa de cama muito boas. Banheiro bem equipado com sistema de aquecimento bem razoável. Vale como uma ótim a opção de hospedagem em Santiago de Compostela.

Bons serviços, quartos confortáveis no entanto as zonas comuns como a piscina coberta não tinham vigilância o que se traduziu em crianças a brincar no spa alterando as temperaturas da sauna e banho turco e a saltar, mergulhar, levar boias para a piscina. Pequeno almoço bom mas podia ter mais opções em termos de fruta e sumos. Resumindo, um óptimo hotel para ficar e Santiago mas longe do centro histórico (uns bons 20 minutos a pé com relevo).

The hotel room was like a furnace and the Air-conditioning on the lowest setting was heating up the room. There were some lovely views of the cathedral that were blocked by the design of the hotel ( there were slats running horizontal that had no structural necesity). Breakfast was lovely especially the tarta de santiago and the fresh cooked omelette. The staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was not heated at all and far to cold.

Las instalaciones del hotel son excepcionales, todo está muy limpio y ordenado, el trato de los empleados es intachable. El desayuno buffet es bastante variado y tiene una calidad excepcional. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, las camas cómodas y grandes. Lo único tachable es la localización del hotel, pues se encuentra un poco retirado del centro, pero totalmente aceptable.

Es una lastima que siendo un hotel de 5* las habitaciones no estén insonorizadas. La Tv de la habitación de al lado se escuchaba como si estuviera dentro de mi propia habitación a las 7am, por lo que no pude dormir más allá de esa hora. Son cosas que en un hotel así no deberían suceder.

Estupendo hotel con amplias y cómodas instalaciones. Habitación cómoda y amplia aunque la decoración es un poco antigua. Baño amplio y cómodo. Desayuno bastante variado, te preguntan si deseas algo especial hecho al momento como una tortilla o huevos revueltos. Todo muy bien en general, acorde con su categoría, aunque sin excesos.

This hotel is very nice, the room was quiet, clean and very comfortable. Everything was provided to make my stay a very pleasant one, the mini fridge was stocked with nice drinks and some snacks. The staff were very attentive and nice. The pool and sauna were a nice thing to have.

Si queréis descansar necesario llevar tapones. De primeras el hotel está muy bien, recepción y zonas comunes limpias, cuidadas, la atención del personal en recepción, correcta y amable. La primera decepción fue la piscina, sauna y baño turco; instalaciones muy poco cuidadas, hay baldosas de la piscina que parecen tener moho, dentro del baño turco telarañas, ambas instalaciones muy pequeñas. Llegas a la habitación, y todo bien, la cama súper cómoda, es amplia, está bastante cuidada, tienes varias almohadas y opción de pedir más; tienes un calentador de agua y cafetera (solo con una opción de cada té y de cada café, que hubo un día que nisiquiera repusieron). Nuestra decepción fue al llegar la noche, que llegas cansado de hacer turismo y con ganas de descansar, y te encuentras primero con que oyes TODO de las habitaciones contiguas como si estuvieras dentro, la televisión y lo que no es la televisión. Llamamos a recepción comentándoles la situación, y llamaron a la habitación de al lado para que la apagasen, tampoco volvieron a preocuparse de si el problema estaba solucionado, y desde luego no lo estaba, ya que además se oía un ruido muy molesto de continuo como si fuera un generador. Descanso nulo si no tienes tapones. Una decepción ya que junto con la poca insonorización y los detalles que he comentado, ni de lejos tiene la categoría de un 5 estrellas, y tampoco lo pagas barato. Desde luego si no tienes expectativas es un hotel que no está nada mal, y si tienes suerte de que no se aloje nadie en las habitaciones contiguas mejor, pero no vayas con idea de lujo y hotelazo. Encounter with a very rude and unwelcoming receptionist! This lady was unfriendly and made me feel very uncomfortable! It was like a second date - a date that clearly was disappointing! I visited the hotel early 2019 where everything was top nice! Staff was friendly and polite, it was clean and fresh! Service level this year was sad, and facilities needed taking care of as well as below standard for cleaning! It makes sense to exchange the small shampoo bottles with larger ones, but first of all some bottles were empty as well as a cheap plastic holder to keep the bottles that easily fell appart. Spa area needs to be updated and maintained! Sad development - but the unwelcoming receptionist ruined my stay! I was a big fan and recommended the hotel to everyone when finishing their camino Santiago de Compostela - they definitely lost me!!!

Buenas tardes, simplemente he ido a tomar un café al servicio de cafetería por la tarde mientras esperaba a un familiar ( ya fui el otro día y sin problema con mi mujer y le dejé por encima 1€ de propina al camarero) y viene el mismo camarero y me dice que si no estoy alojado no puedo tomar un café, lo más triste es que la cafetería estaba vacía, en fin, política de empresa, me parece de poca categoría este hotel, ya que puede decírmelo y decir pues ya que está aquí se lo pongo y ya lo sé para la próxima pero no decir lo siento y adiós. Pierden a un cliente de la zona que estaba dispuesto siempre a tomar un café y siendo de Santiago. Por cierto me parece caro el café 2,40 en comparación con El Carmen que es más barato y saben tratar a la gente. Gracias y saludos.

Un Hotel espectacular con unos grandes profesionales. Habitaciones muy amplias. La ubicación genial porque está a 10 minutos andando a la catedral. Limpieza del 10. Recomendable.

Una maravilla todo. Habitaciones muy amplias, baño enorme, buenas instalaciones, bonito y con buen gusto. El entorno en el que se encuentra, ligeramente apartado del núcleo urbano es muy agradable, con un estanque muy cerca para dar un paseo. Personal amable, todos los servicios que puedas querer disponibles... Por ponerle una pega, el agua de la piscina está un poco fresquita y la sauna aunque la puse al máximo se me quedaba un poco corta, el baño turco por el contrario muy bien. En general un hotel fantástico a un precio asequible

Dog friendly hotel. Great, helpful and friendly staff. Very clean. A short 10 minute walk from the Cathedral. Free parking. The huge buffet breakfast is well worth the money and sets you up for the day. The swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath are perfect to relax in after a long day of walking around the enchanting city. Definitely recommend.

The very best thing about this hotel is its staff. Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful and they are going out of their way to make you feel welcome and safe. Rooms are spacious and beds are extremely comfortable. If you come by car, this is perfect, as you can park there comfortably and then just walk to the old town. Also the gym and spa and pool area are great. Would definitely stay here again. Just one thing, which surely has more to do with the hotel chain and not this property per se, is that several amenities and basics have been removed with the excuse of COVID, however they are clearly methods for saving costs, such as removing the body lotion from the amenities. Not a big deal but a bit cheeky.

Pequeno almoço fraco para um hotel de 5 estrelas no buffet. No segundo dia pedimos pequeno almoço no quarto e era muito básico. Graças opções sem glúten e sem lactose. Amenities nos quartos só para uma pessoa sendo o quarto duplo. Algum staff da receção pouco prestável.

This hotel is worth maybe two stars at most.The furnishings are worn and shabby.The air conditioning is non-existent, and when the room window was opened, there was construction at the hotel at 10:00 at night.No coffee shop in the lobby as advertised.Not worth it.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area of Santiago, not very far from the old town. We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our room and the professional staff. The hotel has a very nice spa and also interesting books to explore in the lounge area. The only issue was the internet connection which was really unexpected. You don’t expect to have a weak wifi connection in a 5 star hotel! I hope they solve this soon.Special thanks to Eva who made us feel welcomed and was truly attentive and helpful through all our 7 days stay in the hotel.

Loved the place, so classy. Close to city center and the cathedral by walk. Will come back again to try the swimming pool. Really comfy room and bed, enjoyed the shower too. Freshly made bake and breakfast cooking on demand if you want some scrambled eggs or omelet.
