“Staying here for 3 nights for a business trip. Costs a whopping 150€ a night. No wifi connection in the room. I was told it’s been like this for 3-4 days and nothing been done. Certainly don’t want to be be back here.”

“I can't say how angry I am. 40+ stays in Hotels in Europe this year and in 90% of the cases during spring or autumn or winter the hotels decide it has to be warm in the rooms now, everybody gets heating if they want it or not. Best thing: the staff doesn't even know or understand in most cases. Everybody tells you: "sure! Aircondition is working" I seem to be the only person who likes it cool to sleep because it's 24°+ in every room I get and noone seems to care. In 70% it's not possible to open a window, in the other 30 it's unbearably loud when doing so. This hotel offers none of the above options. No cooling, just a tiny amount of open window and it's loud too.”
— Christoph Urach
