“DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL !!!! Incredibly overpriced for the quality of the service and the rooms in comparison to other hotels in the area. People working there had a major attitude and were unfriendly to foreigns who do not speak Italian. Overall the hotel was pretty run down and didn’t have internet connection in the rooms at all which made it very difficult for me to complete my work. I’m currently staying at a much much better hotel with amazing service and for cheaper !! Im surprisedas to how nh-panorama hotel has placed their prices compared to the quality -‘d compared to other hotels. Please do not book with this hotel, there are plenty of cheaper and much better options available.”

“Hotel bien situado para visitar la ciudad. Además tiene buenas vistas si estás en plantas altas, nosotros estábamos en la planta 30 que es la más alta y al no haber edificios tan altos alrededor se veían un montón de las cosas que luego visitamos. La habitación no era grande pero para visitar la ciudad y no usarla mucho estaba bien, y el baño también, además la limpieza era buena. En cuanto al desayuno tenían un poco de caos a la hora punta de la mañana porque el bufet era atendido debido al tema del Covid 19; el problema es que sólo había un empleado sirviendo y no era suficiente, salvo cuando estaba Letizia que es de largo la más eficiente de todos, porque estando el comedor lleno y la fruta sin reponer en el bufet, todavía había algunos que se ponían a charlar con los clientes, menuda ruina. Otra cosa que supongo que sería puntual y que pasó los días que estábamos allí fue que de los 4 ascensores para gestionar las 15 plantas de hotel, uno no funcionaba, puede parecer una tontería, pero a las horas de mucho movimiento podías estar más de 15 minutos para conseguir bajar.”
