“O primeiro jantar no hotel foi um pesadelo! Chegados à sala de jantar às 19h15 conseguimos terminar às 21h30, "GRAÇAS" AO ATENDIMENTO MUITO LENTO DA COZINHA! Limpeza diária ruim! Após o primeiro dia de limpeza do nosso quarto, encontramos uma esponja esquecida na mesa!”
