“Ficando no Novotel para o pacote de longa duração, o preço é muito generoso com o serviço que prestam. A mesa é grande o suficiente para colocar todas as minhas coisas, cama confortável, limpa e arrumada, boa vista. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e gentis, especialmente Neo, que é muito bem-vindo e prestativo e, durante o meu aniversário, eles fornecem um prato de bolo. Eles também fornecem água suficiente durante a minha estadia, então eu realmente não preciso comprar água extra de fora, mas seria melhor se a garrafa fosse maior para reduzir o desperdício de plástico. No geral, estou gostando muito da minha estadia no Novotel, se eles não mudaram o hotel para isolamento público, continuaria ficando por 6 meses durante meu tempo em Hong Kong. O que eles poderiam mudar é a chaleira de plástico, pois tem cheiro de plástico ao ferver a água e o abridor de vinho porque é um abridor de vinho em forma de T e a equipe do lobby disse que muitos clientes quebraram a garrafa com o abridor, então não é uma boa abridor ideal para usar.”
