“Staff were very helpful, rooms nice and spacious. Only 3 stars due to the amount of times we had to either go or ring reception for new key cards as they stopped working. Stains on the carpet and the rooms was not very clean and beds and pillows not very comfy, but okay for what we needed it for. Friends saud the breakfast was nice but can't comment on that myself as I didn't have anything to eat.”

“Un Novotel. Cumple perfectamente con el standad de calidad de esta marca. La cama es cómoda, la habitación grande y muy tranquila y la localización casi perfecta, muy cerca del centro, de la estación y de la parada del bus al aeropuerto. El bar/cafetería es más acogedor de lo que es normal en Novotel. Un sitio para repetir. La única pega, que en la televisión (enorme) había canales sin sintonizar y el único en castellano era el oficial de Venezuelasin comentarios.”
