“Booked in for 3 nights before my flight from Heathrow. Couldn’t be more happier with the fast and efficient service that was provided inc room service, breakfast and maintenance etc. The staff are very friendly and easy to talk to. I would recommend the stay as it’s in a good but quiet location.”

“Stayed for a couple of days at this property while working with a client. The staff here was outstanding. You expect helpful and courteous, but there was an extra level of helpfulness and kindness to the service provided. We used the business conference services and for a very reasonable price, we had opening coffee/tea service, two catered breaks and a hot buffet lunch - all served in a very, very creative and appealing manner. The level of service from the business services team was superb, even paying attention to when we took breaks to ensure that a meal was shifted if needed. I would love to replicate this property and what they are doing in other locations!”
