“For us this is the best hotel for a family of 4. There is parking , the funicular is a short walk away. The town center is reachable with an amazing walk by the lake. The breakfast is great. The pool looks great but we didn’t find the time to enjoy it yet given all the things Lugano has to offer :)”

“Terrible experience with this Hotel. Booked a family room for my wife and my two kids and they refused to allow my two children to stay in the same room as my wife...they literally stole CHF2600 from us. My wife had to book another family room in a different Hotel in order to be able to keep my children from sleeping on the street. The worst experience of my life.”
