“Perfect stay. We stayed here on our wedding night as we had to postpone our honeymoon trip due to COVID. I could not be happier with the services provided. They really went out of their way to make our night special. The room was very clean and it was clear that the hotel pays attention to the details as I would expect for a hotel of this caliber. The new pool and outdoor bar area was a major highlight of our stay. All brand new facilities, great drinks (reasonable prices for 4 star hotel) with waiters constantly walking around the pool to get orders and deliver them to you. They do have a food menu but we did not try anything as we went out for our meals. Their music playlist was great (popular house-style music and current hits) and it really set a nice "vibe". I'm no stranger to staying at hotels (though I had never stayed at an Omni before) but this experience was one of the best I have ever had. Will definitely be staying again soon!”

“The bar tender was great but pool side service was null. We would have to wave a waitress down and half the time she would forget the order. We eventually just got the drinks ourselves. The hotel would have made more money off of us if there was adequate staffing. The food was good. Only other complaint is the pool/hot tub had way too much chemicals, it was burning our eyes, especially the hot tub.”
