Goes without saying the Don Carlos lives up to its standards. Staff couldn't be more helpful, friendly and approachable. Rooms are clean and at a top standard for a 4* hotel . Adults only so it's catered for 21+ I personally love this hotel , this is my second visit. Hotel is very popular its usually fully booked up so you may have a wait to book in.

We recently visited this hotel in August and the service was 10/10, staff were very attentive and always accommodating, breakfast, lunch and dinner always very varied to whatever you wanted from salad to hot food with delicious desserts. After dinner there would be entertainment with a large seating area by the bar and table service where staff would bring over drinks without you needing to order at the bar. Hotel lobby very spacious and comfy seats, notably also smelt lovely. We made friends with Fran, the lifeguard who was really nice and accommodating. Food, service, staff and area 10/10. Would like to visit again. Couldn’t recommend more.

We stayed 8 nights at this hotel in July 2022. We paid an average of 350 EUR/night and we were totally disappointed !!! the service at the restaurant was bad, waitors were quiet incompetent and agressive, asking us repetitly our room number. The food at the dinner was really cheap ! This is a two stars hotel not a four stars We will definitely not come back.

Polite an kind staff always ready to help you. Amazing room whit jacuzzi and beautiful sea view. A little bit far from the city center and was quite expensive to move around. VERY VERY VERY LOW food standard, I would really suggest the kitchen to upgrade their menu and quality.

I loved staying at the hotel I got back home this morning and I wish I was still there. I had. a double room which was very nice great sea view and very clean. The hotel staff are very friendly and they all work hard to keep the hotel running. The hotel is right next to the beach which is fantastic and only a short walk from the town centre. The entertainment of an evening was really good and during the day there was lots of things to do that were put on my the entertainment guys, there was an entertainments guy who works there with pink hair he was awesome. I would recommend doing the aqua gym in the pool such a laugh and so fun to do! The food in my the hotel was very nice. I would recommend this hotel to people.

Um dos melhores Hoteis de Ibiza, tranquilo, sossegado, muito aseado, limpo e confortável. Empregados muito simpáticos e acolhedores. Decoração de estilo antigo mas muito cuidada. Altamente recomendado.Acabamos de passar 5 noites e foi uma das melhores férias que eu e minha esposa já tivemos.É de frente para o mar com vistas absolutamente incríveis. É um hotel apenas para adultos, por isso é mais calmo do que se houvesse crianças correndo por aí.Há quartos nas traseiras do hotel com vista para o parque de estacionamento, mas muitos hotéis não têm as melhores vistas nas traseiras. Mas tudo o mais no hotel vai compensar isso.Optamos por uma suíte que ficava no último andar com uma vista deslumbrante para o mar. As suítes são lindas, apesar de serem um quarto grande e a banheira jacuzzi ficar ao lado da cama, mas isso não muda o fato de que são incríveis.Tinha entretenimento ao vivo todas as noites, o que era um bônus.Onde o hotel está situado, há uma pequena praia a cerca de 2 minutos. Eu ia lá todas as manhãs e meditava ao nascer do sol que era espetacular.A cidade de Santa Elucia fica a cerca de 10-15 minutos a pé, mas a caminhada é incrível por si só. Existem vários restaurantes, lojas e bares, alguns com entretenimento - é uma aldeia agradável e não um local de festa. Você também pode pegar a balsa daqui para várias cidades ao redor da ilha por um preço razoável.Paco da equipe de entretenimento é brilhante e realmente útil. Ele dedica tempo para falar com as pessoas e fazer com que se sintam bem-vindas. Ele é uma grande fonte de conhecimento local e conversação geral de programas de TV à política.O único aspecto negativo é em relação à comida, eu e minha esposa somos vegetarianos e não havia muitas opções vegetarianas principais. Mas havia muita variedade alimentação não vegetariana, comida fresca e sobremesas. Nós pagamos por um upgrade premium, mas é realmente para bebidas, pois não havia opções de comida vegetariana.No geral, um hotel brilhante, altamente recomendado e definitivamente voltaríamos.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Highly recommended. We've just spent 5 nights and it's one of the best holidays me and my wife have had. It's right on the sea front with absolutely amazing views. It's an adults only hotel so it's calmer than if there were children running around. There are rooms at the back of the hotel that overlook the car park but a lot of hotels don't have the best views around the back. But everything else in the hotel will make up for this. We opted for a suite which was on the top floor with stunning views of the sea. The suites are beautiful, although they are one large room and the the jacuzzi bath is next to the bed, but this doesn't change the fact that they are amazing. It had live entertainment on every night which was a bonus. Where the hotel is situated there's a small beach about 2 minutes away. I went there every morning and meditated at sunrise which was spectacular. The town of Santa Elucia is about a 10-15 minute walk away but the walk is amazing in itself. There are numerous restaurants, shops and bars, some have entertainment - it is a nice village and not a party place. You can also get the ferry from here to various towns around the island for a reasonable price. Paco from the entertainment team is brilliant and really helpful. He takes the time to talk to people and make them feel welcome. He is a great source of local knowledge and general conversation from TV programmes to politics. The only negative is in relation to the food, me and my wife are vegetarian and there weren't very many main vegetarian options. But there was plenty of variety non vegetarian mains, fresh food and desserts. We paid for a premium upgrade, but it is really for drinks as there wasn't any vegetarian food options. Overall a brilliant hotel, highly recommended and we would definitely return.

A equipe de entretenimento é muito simpática e prestativa. Salva-vidas parece fazer tudo, mas é perspicaz. Os funcionários da recepção são prestativos e um rosto amável. Os empregados de limpeza e de catering são todos simpáticos e trabalham arduamente. A comida é boa para um buffet, a área de cozinha espectáculo é boa para quem quer algo um pouco diferente mas seguro.A localização é muito boa se você quiser ter umas férias relaxantes, mas ainda tem a opção de explorar a cidade a poucos passos de distância. A praia quase particular fica a menos de 50 m de distância.

Fabulous hotel,the president suite was incredible , with its spacious interior and terrace with private jacuzziand uninterrupted sea views having this room as a base enhanced my holiday no end.A big thanks to Bea and Milan that work at the hotel,they were absolutely excellent, friendly and engaging.

Great location, excellent friendly and helpful staff. Very clean & covid conscious hotel. Pool area nicely set out with views over the sea and the Town.

Entertainment staff are really friendly and helpful. Lifeguard seems to do buggar all but is quick witted. Front desk staff are helpful and a kind face. Cleaners and catering staff are all nice and work hard. Food is good for a buffet, the show cooking area is good for if you want something a little different but safe. Location is very nice if you want to have a relaxing holiday but still have the option to explore the town a short walk away. Almost private Beach is less than 50 metres away.

Lovely relaxing week here. Yoga or pilates every morning complimentary. Food selection always fresh and great variety. Coffee not great but other than that. Definitely recommend 👌

El hotel es perfecto para descansar y desconectar. Desde qué haces check in te das cuenta que su personal es muy atento y amable, desde la recepción, restaurante, y piscina el trato de la gente de Palladium siempre fue increíble. Si buscas fiesta o salir de noche recomendaría otro sitio. Aun así, recomiendo alojarte en Palladium Don Carlos.

El hotel es muy familiar y la atención es excelente. Ubicado en un lugar hermoso de Santa Eulalia, Ibiza, tiene todo lo que uno puede esperar, solo para adultos, espectáculos muy buenos todas las noches y lo mejor en todos los ámbitos de servicio diferentes del hotel es el personal, estupendo! Muy recomendable, si buscas descanso y tranquilidad y excelente trato y atención!

Las vistas son maravillosas y el trato del personal es excepcional. Las habitaciones están bien, muy limpias y cómodas. La comida variada.

Habitación amplia, cómoda y limpia. El personal de 10 tanto en recepción como en el restaurante buffet. Zona muy tranquila. Recomendable para desconexión en pareja.

El personal nos trató genial y el hotel siempre estuvo a la altura. Las instalaciones estaban muy bien. Hotel tranquilo solo para adultos, perfecto para descansar en vacaciones.

El hotel en general bien, destacando la amabilidad de absolutamente todo el equipo, son todos encantadores y hacen tu estancia mucho mejor (sobre todo el socorrista Alejandro y el animador Milán que nos ayudaron en todo momento). En las habitaciones el equipo de descanso fenomenal pero hay muchos detalles de mantenimiento a mejorar cómo añadir más luz entre otras. La comida a pesar de ir en un momento de baja ocupación fue perfecta y variada. En resumen, lo recomendaría.

I have the worst experience so far even before arriving to this property. I booked this hotel as a honeymoon destination back in January 2020 (through Expedia and before Civid pandemic officially start). I am coming from Florida USA, I booked a flight and 5 nights stay at this hotel. I should check in on August 10 and check out on August 15. in the past 2 months I have been trying to reach out to the Hotel both Expedia and I to cancel my reservation based on the current bad circumstances, only one time they answered and they said all the booking I have made is not refundable and I should proceed with it (Based on their policy). What kind of serves is this, you guys don't see what going on in this world??? the hotel was closed during this pandemic and they still don't want to refund me? I was so honest and excited to have this trip but stuff is out of control, I tried to deal with Expedia but they couldn't help me yet based on this hotel policy. For me its impassable to travel now and I don't want to lose my money (more than $3000). I cant travel because of this reasons: 1- I work with US government, and I am not allowed to travel overseas because of this pandemic specially being from Florida and the cases are spiking like crazy here, 2- there is a ban from Europe to American people coming from the States, so legally I can't enter Spain, 3- I live with Vulnerable people and I can't risk traveling right now, 4- This trip was planed as a honeymoon and because of Covid we Canceled our Wedding for now. I have all these reasons which is out of my control, I am probably not the only one, but this issue should be resolved and all hotel policies must be waved during this type of circumstances because it's a human safety issue not just about money. Expedia and I will try to do our best to resolve this issue soon, otherwise I will start to take legal actions against this hotel because what they are doing is against humanity, and people should know what they might deal with in the future.

Good position, good food and lucky enough to have good weather. Staff helpful, efficient and friendly. Visited towards the end of the season and the hotel worked v well. Recommended.

Our first visit to Ibiza & couldn't have picked a more perfect place. A good choice of food and drink, the staff are so helpful and take pride in the service they provide. The housekeepers ensure a a very high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel & pool areas. I would recommend that you try the Al la Cart restaurant, some lovely dishes served there for a change. We would holiday here again.

The hotel was great. We took a few days all inclusive here and enjoyed the sun, pool and the great food they have to offer. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and happy to help you in your every need. Be sure to check out the animation team with Mr Hernandez.

Nice friendly staff, good entertainment throughout the day and in the evening. Views amazing. Really good hotel a 10 minute walk to the Marina. Very clean. The reason it drops a star is the sunbed situation, you can mostly find one but people tend to reserve them early and there's no policing of this. Other hotels either remove towels from the beds if they've not been used in an hour or so or allocate sunbeds when you arrive. Either way we both had a lovely time and are already looking forward to returning next year.
