“Great pleasant front desk team! Always available to answer requests, make reservations and restaurant suggestions! Quick and efficient housekeeping staff! Great massage therapists, breakfast was simple but amazing! Fresh fruit, bread, offered mimosas, could always rely on having a good breakfast each day to start the day off strong! Grounds are beautiful and immaculate, there is always someone working on them! Parking space was wonderful- only one night where there was a bit of difficulty finding parking (1 out of 8 nights). Bathrooms were a good size, bed was nice, balcony was nice… rooms felt clean. Had a mini fridge in the room to store snacks.
For birthdays they provided brownies and champagne as a surprise, for Valentine’s Day they decorated the room! Very thoughtful staff! Much appreciated!
The dinner restaurant was nice, food was good, wine was great!

“One of the few larger hotels on Saõ Miguel that are not located in Ponta Delgada. There is a nice beach nearby. Rooms anything but small. Well maintained hotel buildings and gardens. Staff is very friendly and will try everything possible to make your stay convenient.
Rental car to get to places is highly recommended and there is plenty of parking spaces on the hotel premises.”
