“My spouse and I stayed at this hotel during Christmas. We checked into our first room and that room smelled like mold and mildew to the point we had to change rooms. The second room smell like mold and mildew as well however not as bad as the first round. I had to clean the room myself to make it smell better. During the process of changing rooms the concierge Lady Kaira was horrible. She told me that there were no more rooms. Just to tell me we could transfer to another room. The customer service I received from her was unacceptable. After that day we had a better experience, but I still wouldn’t stay at this hotel. The food wasn’t the best. The valets were very sweet. The entertainment was good as well.”

“Such a beautiful resort. The entertainment was so much fun and the variety of restaurants are great. The best restaurant is the International Buffet; breakfast, lunch and dinner is great. They even have late night snacks..everything was awesome. Would definitely visit here again.”
