Hotel with panorama view next to the beach, and in a great location for enjoying what Cannes has to offer. Friendly and welcoming service. Clean but a bit old-fashioned and smallish rooms especially in the lower floors. Simple breakfast with all the necessities covered. 3,5/5

Used to be our yearly summer destination with kids. It was the privately-owned Hotel Sofitel Méditerranée in the 80th/90ties: chic and cosy, great deals à la carte, welcome parties for the (many) regular clients (even from the US), so I shall only comment on the unique terrace on the top floor which is a must-do visit when in Cannes!! Brunch from 7-11am. or a drink (open to public as of 6pm)...and you might decide to stay on for dinner ! YES, DO IT: you won't regret it. € 80-120 for 2, with great live lounge/blues music. These 2 musicians were TOP.

Spent 2 nights in a « suite » at 450€, and what a huuuge disappointment. Horrible view on some city work. Horrible acoustic, could hear the next rooms and the streets so loud, only bathtub, small room, not really clean. Cleaning service knocking at the door every 20min from 10 to 12 even with the sign DO NOT DISTURB. I can’t recommend this place. 2 stars still for : Staff which is pretty pro and welcoming, and the breakfast in rooftop which is I have to admit absolutely stunning. Still it’s a 450€ breakfast. I won’t stay ever again here though when I’m in Cannes.

On arrival the concierge was extremely rude and patronising, the hotel it’s self is dated tired and unclean. Facilities is very basic. The spa area looks like it’s closed down and derelict, and the smell that comes into the hotel of raw sewage is disgusting. The whole hotel is damp and paint peeling from the walls and ceilings which also has a smell . The whole experience has been awful , the men at the front of the hotel need to learn customer service and stop using bully techniques and threatening behaviour . Completely unprofessional and disgusting.

The junior suite facing the sea. The superb roof top to have your breakfast. The welcome of all the staff. from the reception to the housekeepers ... a point of improvement : the cocktails are beautiful... but you really have to work on the content. The ice doesn't make the cocktail... and that goes for all the cocktails... we made them all.

Clientes por 10 anos que decepção este ano. Queda óbvia na qualidade e no serviço. O restaurante panorâmico com uma vista deslumbrante foi substituído por um bar de tapas indigno de tal estabelecimento e o pessoal vai com ele. Em relação ao spa, todos os serviços desapareceram da piscina. Foi o único hotel em Cannes com spa e restaurante com vista panorâmica, agora não há nenhum.

Quarto encantador com vista espetacular do Porto de Cannes, no 3º andar do hotel. Toalhas felpudas limpas todos os dias e excelente serviço de limpeza / arrumação. Estou um pouco desapontado ao encontrar meias sujas de ocupantes anteriores em armários de roupas, mas o padrão geral de limpeza é fantástico. Às 3h00 da quarta-feira desta semana, houve um alarme de incêndio - todos desocuparam seus quartos e tivemos de esperar cerca de 20 minutos do lado de fora até que fosse dado o sinal verde para voltar para dentro. Não houve incêndio e não recebemos uma explicação dos funcionários do hotel sobre o que causou o disparo dos alarmes. Nenhum bombeiro de Raddison certificando-se de que os hóspedes saíssem - a maioria permanecia no saguão - um tanto caótico e não o que seria a norma para a maioria das empresas e hotéis. Café da manhã no restaurante da cobertura de primeira classe - serviço impecável e uma adorável seleção de comida. Nós já estivemos aqui antes e achamos que é uma localização ideal para bares e restaurantes locais e explorar a cidade velha de Cannes. Estamos ansiosos para nossa próxima visita.

Lovely room with a spectacular view of Cannes Port on the 3rd floor of the hotel. Clean fluffy towels every day and excellent cleaning/housekeeping service. I am a bit disappointed to find previous occupants dirty socks in clothes cupboards, but the overall standard of cleaning is fantastic. At 3.00 am on Wednesday this week, there was a fire alarm - everyone vacated their rooms, and we had about a 20 minute wait outside until given the go-ahead to head back indoors. There was no fire, and we did not receive an explanation from hotel staff of what had caused the alarms to go off. No Raddison fire marshall making sure guests went outside - the majority stayed in the lobby - somewhat chaotic and not what would be the norm for most businesses and hotels. Breakfast on the rooftop restaurant first class - impeccable service and a lovely selection of food. We've stayed here before and find it ideally placed for local bars and restaurants and explore Cannes's old town. We look forward to our next visit.

Very professional staff. Rooms are a bit small but the view is outstanding. No restaurant opened at the hotel during my stay, only during breakfast, but the proximity of outside restaurants took care of that.

Excelente vista do mar e do porto e caminhada para a cidade.Infelizmente, os quartos não são tão limpos e grandes como você gostaria que fossem.Se você reservou uma vista para o mar com varanda e a varanda tem 30 cm de profundidade, isso não é correto. Se você quiser tomar uma bebida no terraço da cobertura, esqueça. Tentamos beber com meus pais, mas ninguém nos reconheceu por 15 minutos. Se você quiser manter os serviços de babá francês, precisa empregar mais pessoas, caso contrário, considere o serviço de bar. Além disso, o telhado é bom, mas não excepcional.

It’s was bad experience They let us sit where we want ! Then after ordering two more drinks then they asked to move to another place to let our seats to a group of 16 people.they pretend that they warn us upon our arrival there’s a reservation in these seats !!! Which’s not true and for me only lies !!! How can we accept that you block during 2 hours so many seats … it’s not commercial!!!Also the manger of the bar treated us bad ,and didn’t apologize!!!

We had a company dinner, the food was horrible and they kicked us out at midnight. The only nice thing was nice was the view from the rooftops terrace. We can’t recommend the restaurant at all.

Bad Services, dirty rooms. Lost my Blazer in the hotel, nobody was capable of helping me out. Everytime I called i got fake promises. Hard to reach somebody on the phone anyway.

Si quieres tomar una copa en la terraza de la azotea, olvídate. Intentamos tomar unas copas con mis padres y nadie nos reconoció durante 15 minutos. Cuando finalmente alguien nos saludó, esperamos otros 10 minutos y nos rendimos. Si desea mantener los servicios de atención en francés, debe contratar a más personas, de lo contrario, debería considerar el servicio de bar. Además, la azotea es agradable pero no excepcional.

If you want to have a drink at their rooftop terrace forget about it. We tried to had drinks with my parents no one acknowledged us for 15 minutes. When finally someone did greet us we wait an other 10 minutes and give up. If you want to keep french sitting services you need to employ more people otherwise you should consider bar service. Plus the roof top is nice but not exceptional.

Vindo tomar café da manhã com clientes que ficaram vários dias, não apreciei o acolhimento, o desrespeito às normas sanitárias (servidores sem máscara, não é necessário passe ...), a higiene e a alimentação. Como olhos de bacon, você é servido em uma tigela com um prato embrulhado em papel celofane. Uma única máquina de café em funcionamento então uma fila permanente ..... Acostumado a hotéis, vou escrever uma carta porque este estabelecimento é indigno. Fugir.

Localização e serviço muito abaixo das expectativas. A estrutura é abandonada, os quartos são bastante pequenos para o seu custo, o café da manhã, totalmente inadequado ao status do hotel.

Topo do telhado no topo. Vista muito bonita. Atmosfera doce. Porém, tenha cuidado, embora não haja um código de vestimenta, me senti um pouco desconfortável em um maiô / camiseta + scooter. Eu recomendo vestir uma camisa / camisa pólo masculina e vir com sapatos fechados.

Embora permaneça objetivo com exceção da cobertura com sua vista soberba, o hotel está muito longe de ser um 4 estrelas. Quarto não é mais padrão, uma pincelada de tinta não seria um luxo. Cortina suja, janela suja, varanda decrépita. Pelos preços práticos estamos longe do que podemos esperar do padrão esperado. Uma nota, no entanto, sobre o pessoal agradável e prestativo. Em resumo, achamos muito melhor para esses preços em canas. Apenas interesse na localização perto do suquet e na vista do terraço.

Al venir a desayunar con clientes que se quedan varios días, no aprecié la acogida, el incumplimiento de las normas sanitarias (meseros sin mascarilla, no se requiere pase ...), higiene y alimentación. Como ojos de tocino, te sirven un cuenco con un plato envuelto en celofán. Una sola máquina de café en funcionamiento por lo que una cola permanente ..... Acostumbrados a los hoteles, escribiré una carta porque este establecimiento es indigno. A huir.

Love it and the terrace is just amazing! One of the best view in Cannes.

Location. Location. Location. The rooms are small by American standards, but pretty nice for the location. I went with my wife and 2 children. The kids had small/twin beds in the smaller room, while my wife full size. This was the Family Suite. The twin is actually a converted sofa. The beach is right across the street, and food is all around. The hotel is near the marina and there's plenty to do.

Ubicación excelente, muy amables el personal de hotel, la habitación un poco pequeña y el baño algo incómodo, por lo demás fenomenal. Tiene playa privada a 150mts donde te proporcionan tumbona y toallas, (pagando) y el chiringuito es muy bueno. La piscina y el spa están muy bien. Repetiría sin duda.
