Simply the best resort in all of Seychelles. The staff is super friendly and really accommodating all the time. If you are going to Praline, just go for Raffles. Special shoutout to Mr. Ram for his hospitality, Chef Dharmender for awesome sushi’s (the best we ever had) and Mr. Kareem for his efforts to provide best possible dining experience to each and every guest. Villa with very good location, top on the hill, impeccable cleanliness and maintenance. The best of the hotel is the attention of the staff, dedicated body and soul. Variety of restaurants: at lunchtime both in the pool restaurant and on the beach you can enjoy an informal and relaxed meal, at night a variety of restaurants and gastronomy of very good quality. Maitre , sommelier and wait staff know the product perfectly and their advice according to your tastes is excellent.

A perfect get away for me and my family. The theme night ASIA ASIA was well thought of, the food was amazing, the staff exceptional, service was exquisite. The spa treatment too was very good with attentive theme. Hope to be back soon.

Acabei de concluir uma viagem maravilhosa ao Raffles Praslin. Os níveis de serviço foram muito além de quaisquer expectativas com a equipe consistentemente indo além. As pessoas eram educadas, capazes de resolver problemas de forma independente (sem necessidade de ir a um gerente) e antecipavam necessidades de acompanhamento ou maneiras de ir além. Os quartos eram limpos e os limpadores sempre pareciam saber o momento perfeito para entrar, então você estava longe. Os funcionários, especialmente Shiv, Jahcqueline e Brigitte, encontraram maneiras de nos fazer sentir especiais e tornar nossas férias perfeitas. Até a comida foi feita com cuidado com chefs que estavam animados para explicar as ofertas de comida e pareciam genuinamente satisfeitos quando você gostava.

Acabo de completar un maravilloso viaje a Raffles Praslin. Los niveles de servicio superaron con creces cualquier expectativa con el personal constantemente yendo más allá. Las personas fueron amables, capaces de resolver problemas de forma independiente (sin necesidad de acudir a un gerente) y anticiparon las necesidades de seguimiento o formas de ir más allá. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y los limpiadores siempre parecían saber el momento perfecto para entrar, por lo que no estabas. El personal, en particular Shiv, Jahcqueline y Brigitte, encontraron formas de hacernos sentir especiales y hacer que nuestras vacaciones fueran perfectas. Incluso la comida se preparó con cuidado con chefs que estaban emocionados de explicar las ofertas de comida y parecían genuinamente complacidos cuando la disfrutabas.

Just completed a wonderful trip to Raffles Praslin. The service levels were far beyond any expectations with staff consistently going above and beyond. People were polite, able to solve problems independently (no need to go to a manager), and anticipated follow up needs or ways to go beyond. Rooms were clean and the cleaners always seemed to know perfect time to enter so you were away. Staff, particularly Shiv, Jahcqueline, and Brigitte found ways to make us feel special and make our holiday perfect. Even the food was made with care with chefs that were excited to explain food offerings and seemed genuinely pleased when you enjoyed it.

De tirar o fôlego e um lugar maravilhoso para relaxar. No entanto, este hotel definitivamente precisa de obras de renovação, limpeza e serviço. Muitas partes do nosso quarto foram danificadas. Faltavam o telhado, o espelho, as telhas da piscina, etc ... no que diz respeito à limpeza, notamos um pó branco no copo em que bebemos água. Não pensamos muito nisso e quando a faxineira veio para o serviço de quarto no dia seguinte, nós fez questão de dizer a ele para trocar o vidro. E adivinha o que ele não fez? A única coisa que lhe dissemos para fazer ... desta vez, notamos que outro copo que usei para misturar meu pó de proteína ainda tinha resíduos de quando o usei. Ele acabou de lavar o vidro na pia? A equipe pediu desculpas a nós e se certificou de que fomos bem recompensados, o que realmente apreciamos. Outro problema com o nosso quarto é que havia barulhos de batidas a cada um. Solteiro. Manhã. No último dia piorou e tive que ligar para falar para eles fazerem alguma coisa porque eu não conseguia nem dormir .. Enfim, o atendimento realmente não era dos melhores, era muito lento. Este hotel tem muito potencial e um trabalho real precisa ser colocado em ordem para que seja 10/10, atualmente eu dou a ele um 2/5.

Breath taking view and a wonderful place to relax. However, this hotel definitely needs to work on renovation, cleanliness, and service. Many parts of our room were damaged. The roof, the mirror, the pool tiles were missing, etc… in regards to cleanliness, we noticed white powder in the glass we drink water in. We did not think much of it and when the cleaner came for room service the next day we made sure to tell him to change the glass. And guess what he did not do? The only thing we told him to do… this time we noticed that another glass I used to mix my protein powder still had residue from when I used it. Did he just wash the glass in the sink? The staff apologized to us and made sure we were well compensated which we really appreciated. Another issue with our room is that there was knocking noises every. Single. Morning. On the last day it got worse and I had to call to tell them to do something about it because I couldn’t even sleep.. Finally, the service was really not the best, it was very slow. This hotel has a lot of potential and real work needs to be put in in order for it to be 10/10 currently I give it a 2/5.

This is my second vacations in this resort and i am very happy to spend my holiday again with my 3 daughters. Beach, spa, villa and beverages are amazing and awesome. Service is good and friendly. Special thanks to Darrel, Shiv and concierge.

Hotel incrível no paraíso! Além do fato de que o próprio hotel é maravilhoso (vilas espaçosas e elegantes, ótimos espaços públicos e restaurantes), sua localização é de tirar o fôlego ... A comida é fresca e realmente deliciosa. Praia localizada perto do hotel é impressionante e excelente para mergulho :). Na verdade, você nunca vai ficar entediado com esta propriedade! O resort oferece várias atividades. Tudo isso é concluído com as pessoas mais simpáticas e prestativas da equipe :). Não posso recomendar o suficiente!

Amazing hotel in paradise! Beside the fact that the hotel is wonderful itself (spacious, stylish villas, great public spaces and restaurants) its location is breathtaking… Food is fresh and really delicious. Beach located by the hotel is stunning and great for snorkeling :). Truly, you can never get bored with this property! The resort offers many various activities. All that is completed with the nicest and most helpful people from staff :). Cannot recommend it enough!

Everything about this hotel is perfect. We could not have chosen better place for our honeymoon. The villas are a dream, the level of details is insane. Great food, great spa, great staff. The beach is amazing and it has an in-house reef so you can snorkel. The waiting times is the restaurant were a bit long sometimes, but this is a general thing of Seychelles.The only bad thing is that we had to leave. We hope to come back very soon.

I got married in this wonderful resort! And I’ll never forget my wedding day! It was just magical experience! Best day of my life! Raffles staff is amazing! Helped me with dress, made sure I was happy and I had everything I needed for the special day! Just before wedding I run out of hairspray, and wedding planner borrowed her’s and hairpins... everything was organised to perfection! With attention to small details. I was wonderful day and couldn’t get any better! Amazing views, sunset, it was like a fairy tale! We’ll be definitely coming back! It’s the most impressive resort that I ever stayed! Vila was facing the sea, huge rooms, we had floating breakfast in private pool, food is delicious! And staff is extremely helpful and friendly!

By far the best resort I've ever visited, and I've been to many different places around the world. I enjoyed the hotel so much that we extended our trip to stay longer than originally planned. The resort itself is expansive and boasts incredible beauty - as we weren't allowed to leave the resort (due to local corona quarantine rules) we spent the week exploring the resort and relaxing but we were never bored and didn't feel the need to leave the resort. The beach is pristine, the pools are beautiful and there are many activities you can do - bike rides, kayaking, snorkelling, paddle boarding, cooking classes and much more! Different activities were planned almost every evening for guests - BBQs on the beach, outdoor movie nights, live music and entertainment and more. The food was amazing and staff made every effort to remember what we liked and provided it for us. Our villa was amazing, you have your own pool and it's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunsets. The little touches from the staff made us feel so welcomed and at home, we truly didn't want to leave and are already planning to come back! The team at the resort are next to none - the most incredible, kind, helpful team truly made the trip so memorable. I'd like to extend special thanks to Samantha, Jones, Suman, Vanilla, Cecile, Essam, Mohammed, Yanu, Salwa and everyone else for making us feel so welcomed and at home. Thank you Raffles, you have a special place in my heart and I can't wait to come back.

Great villas, fantastic service and still more than one restaurant open. Correct measurements in place to protect from covid-19. It is our 3rd time, every 4 years and still keeps the standard.

This is the most amazing resort I’ve ever stayed at everything from the villa views, to the food and the amazing people who work here. Memories made. Raffles is perfectly situated on the side of Praslin closest to La Digue and only 5 minutes away from Anse Lazio one of the top 5 lost scenic beaches in the world. I would fly 40 hours to the other side of the world just to stay here. Don’t even bother with any of the others, Raffles far exceeded our expectations.

Experiencia inolvidable. El mejor de Praslin sin comparación. Fantástica ubicación. El spa formidable. Las habitaciones un sueño. Tienen muchos detalles con los clientes. Las vistas inmejorables...pero lo mejor sin duda el equipo del Raffles Praslin. La directora del hotel, Salwa Razzouk, merece especial atención por su magnífico trabajo. Es el edén. Espero tener la fortuna de volver algún día.
