“The photos of the hotel rooms seem to be doctored - This hotel is literally a catfish, don’t waste your time, the rooms smell bad, ants crawling around, sheets were dirty, carpet was dirty, bathroom had light brown staining. DO NOT STAY HERE!! Oh and they over charged me by nearly $300!!”

“everyone, stay away from this hotel.I stayed one night at this hotel in Middletown RI in September, 2021, and they charged me twice for the stay.They acknowledged that they double charged me, but they did not refunded me the money.Then I escalated this issue to their corporate office, however it is Feb 25, 2022 today, they still have not refunded me the money, and I can not reach to them anymore. If you want get into the trouble of being charged twice and spending hours to resolve it without response, please stay at this hotel to get this memorable experience.”
