“Absolutely awful! Eve Marie at the desk overnight has NO business working customer service. She was rude, argumentative, and when we asked for a manager she refused to call them. We were charged for a room we didn’t even get to stay in because she couldn’t get a piece of paper to print for us to sign. I’m a reasonable person all I ask is that you communicate with me. She however wanted nothing more than to argue with me and my boyfriend so she could go back to watching Netflix (which she did before we ever got settled) absolutely awful experience and awful staff. DO NOT STAY HERE they DO NOT deserve your business and you’ll likely be charged for a room you can’t even stay in.”

“The room was terrible, I checked out after trying to tolerate the broken heat system. dusty furniture, mattress on a makeshift platform with sharp corners, mattress not to the end, plank boards exposed. The strong odor of Pine Sol was overwhelming. I had a non- refundable reservation. so the front staff didn't care to make it right when I left. When I called you let them know about the heat, he said, " give it time it will work." My room was at the end of hall by the staircase with dirty dated carpet. When I view it from highway 101, it looks nothing like what I experienced..”
