“We loved the stay at Ramada. It was very comfortable especially when we were travelling with elderly and a young infant. Rooms were of decent size and very clean. Quiet but close enough to the city center. Also appreciated the complimentary parking!”

“Immediately upon entering our room, we were dissatisfied. Right inside the entrance the room, the carpet had a large stain. The bathroom had clumps of hair laying in the sink. There was a massive cobweb in the corner of the room. The air conditioner was uncovered and had exposed wires and metal. Additionally, there was a man in the hotel walking around with a case of beer. Staff did not seem concerned about this behavior. We had called in advance to confirm that the pool and hot tub were open and were told they were. Upon arrival, we learned that both were closed. We felt very unsafe and dissatisfied with the state of things and canceled our stay without staying the night.
The staff offered us a refund, but still charged us a $50 cleaning fee, which was a joke given how unclean the room was to begin with.”
