“I would not recommend. When I arrived in the pouring rain with a friend in a wheelchair and 4 large bags the reception staff didn't even get off their seats. I was handed the room card and wasn't even told how to find our room. I had to find the bag trolly myself and get our luggage to the room without any assistance. Imagine 2 woman wet from the rain, one in a wheelchair and one struggling with 4 large bags on a baggage trolly trying to work the elevator without knowing the room key is needed to operate it because the guy at the desk didn't offer any help or advise. The room was filthy with finger prints on all of the kitchen cupboards and appliances, had a weird smell and the toilet had dried urine on the seat so clearly the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. This place has such potential but the staff need a lot of training in hospitality and cleaning. I won't be back.”

“Their service is really bad. after I checked out, I was seating in the lounge waiting for my friend to pick me up. I had throat issues at that time, I kept coughing from time to time. After a while, one lady staff came to me, asked me to wear a mask. I felt wired but I try to understand, then the staff started spray the medical alcohol to clean their counter, which made me felt super uncomfortable. Though I’m not sure whether it’s just because my nationality, as she didn’t ask anyone else, the whole NZ government is open, the staff acted like that made felt I’m the virus. yet at that time I was new to this country, I didn’t want a fight to ruin my entire day, I let it. But still I won’t recommend this place. Their service don’t deserve the high price. And about the house keeping, when they knock your door and you didn’t open or answer quickly, they gonna open by their master key. That’s makes me feel uncomfortable as well.”
