“Do Not patronize this place! The owner is Very Rude and talks to you like you are stupid! He said"we"cant read and thats not his fault. He checked our rooms before he checked us out as if we were kids and damaged the rooms. He counted towels in one room and said its towels missing in this room. I said no one need to steal towels! He checked the other conjoined room and counted the towels and All the towels were accounted for.I asked if this was his policy to check each room before every person leaves and he said no. Then he said well some people.At breakfast he took trash out of the trashcan and said see how people waste this. I have to payfor this to our kids! They didn't even finish their breakfast. They asked for syrup and he asked what was their room number.It was the most Horrible experience I have Ever had at a hotel. He stereotyped us from the moment we walked in. I Will Never Use Red Lion Again! Oh by the way another patron said she was treated unfairly as well.”

“Este hotel foi uma grande decepção. Minha família reservou quartos suficientes para acomodar 28 pessoas. Muitos de nós vieram de outros estados e alguns dirigiram mais de quatro horas para estar aqui para um serviço memorial para um ente querido que passou. Pagamos pelos quartos com uma conta e fomos tratados como lixo. Eu nunca tive uma experiência pior em um hotel. Antes de tudo, quando fui lavar minha cafeteira, encontrei uma larva no copo quando ele caiu na pia do banheiro. Olhei embaixo do microondas para tentar ver de onde vinha a larva e estava imunda. Outro membro da família encontrou uma seringa, preservativos e necessidades anais em seu quarto. A esposa do gerente do hotel nos apressou antes que o café da manhã terminasse às 9:30, enquanto muitas crianças ainda estavam comendo e consertando alimentos, e na manhã seguinte fomos ameaçados de ser cobrados outra noite por não fazer check-out até as 11:10 . Nossa família passou 2k aqui para ficar no seu estabelecimento e você foi tão rude e desrespeitoso. Se você não gosta de fazer parte da indústria de serviços, encontre outra carreira. As pessoas merecem ser tratadas com respeito.”
