Hotel novo, moderno e bem localizado. Staff atencioso,quarto espaçoso. Muito bom

Hotel maravilhoso, espaçoso e com uma vista incrível ! Tudo muito limpo, e muito sofisticado, perfeito !!! Amei, e super indico. Só não consegui aproveitar td q o hotel oferece, mas com certeza valeu muito a pena !

1. Aproximei-me do hotel à noite para o check-in havia um total de 3 carros estacionados aleatoriamente bem ali quase bloqueando a entrada da área e seus donos não tinham onde ser encontrados, quase arranharam os aros dos meus carros tentando me aproximar do entrada principal.2. O check-in foi excelente e rápido, quase como se tudo estivesse preparado antes de eu aparecer.3. Portanto, meu quarto tinha uma vista do Burj Khalifa, mas não esperava essa vista. Dê uma olhada na foto postada.4. Na mesma noite, pedi à recepção para pegar o carro com o manobrista, 15 minutos depois, quando desci, tive que ir ao porão e pegá-lo sozinho 🙃 por que ligar, certo? Ainda estamos no St. Regis, certo? Pensei que este era um hotel 5 estrelas.5. Acordei e me arrumei para um dia divertido em Dubai, começando com um café da cafeteira do quarto que é uma marca da illy como se pode ver nas fotos postadas. * Não deixe a máquina de café sem supervisão, pois ela balança / vibra com força suficiente para tirar sua xícara de café expresso *6. O último dia do fim de semana terminou com o café da manhã e o checkout que terminou bem.Não leve minha avaliação de forma negativa. Espero que a gerência receba essas avaliações, pois tudo isso ajuda a aumentar o nível de serviço que os visitantes obtêm. Sei que é um novo hotel com nova administração e desejo a eles tudo de bom.

Me acerqué al hotel por la noche para el check-in, había un total de 3 autos estacionados al azar allí mismo, casi bloqueando la entrada al área sin que sus dueños se encontraran en ningún lugar, casi rasparon las llantas de mis autos tratando de acercarse al entrada principal.2. El registro fue excelente y rápido, casi como si todo estuviera preparado antes de que yo apareciera.3. Así que mi habitación tenía una vista del Burj Khalifa, pero no esperaba esta vista. Eche un vistazo a la foto publicada.4. La misma noche le pedí a la recepción que recogiera el coche del aparcacoches, 15 minutos más tarde, cuando bajé, tuve que ir al sótano y conseguirlo yo mismo. ¿Por qué molestarse en llamar, no? Todavía estamos en el St. Regis, ¿verdad? Pensé que este era un hotel de 5 estrellas.5. Me desperté y me preparé para un día divertido en Dubai, comencé con un café de la máquina de café en la habitación, que es una marca illy como se ve en las fotos publicadas. * No deje la máquina de café desatendida, ya que se sacude / vibra con la fuerza suficiente para sacar su taza de café expreso *6. El último día del fin de semana terminó con el desayuno y la salida, que terminó sin problemas.No tome mi opinión de forma negativa. Espero que la dirección se dé cuenta de esas opiniones, ya que todo ayuda a mejorar el nivel de servicio que reciben los visitantes. Sé que es un hotel nuevo con nueva dirección y les deseo todo lo mejor.

Approached the hotel in the evening for check-in there were a total of 3 cars parked randomly right there almost blocking the entrance to the area with their owners no where to be found, almost scuffed my cars rims trying to get closer to the main entrance. 2. Check-in was excellent and fast almost like everything was prep'd prior to me showing up. 3. So my room was a Burj Khalifa view but didn't expect this view. Have a look at the posted pic. 4. Same evening asked the front desk to get the car from valet, 15 mins later when I got down I had to go to Basement and get it myself 🙃 why bother call right? We still in the St. Regis right? Thought this was a 5 star hotel. 5. Woke up and got ready for a fun day in Dubai, started with a coffee from the in room coffee machine which is an illy brand as seen in the posted pics. *Do not leave the coffee machine unattended as it shakes/vibrates with enough force to send your espresso cup off of it* 6. Last day of the weekend ended with breakfast and the checkout which ended smoothly. Do not take my review in a negative way.. I hope the management gets notice of such reviews as it all helps up the level of service visitors get. I know it's a new hotel with new management and wish them all the best.

Antigo Renaissance NOW, o St. Regis Hotel está localizado no centro de Dubai e é um começo perfeito para todas as atividades que planejamos durante a nossa estadia. Eu adorei a vista do nosso quarto de hotel até o dubai creek, a piscina é simples, mas ótima, a atmosfera das coisas é familiar e acolhedora.

El ex Renaissance NOW St. Regis Hotel está ubicado en el centro de Dubai y es un comienzo perfecto para todas las actividades que planeamos durante nuestra estadía. Me encantó la vista desde nuestra habitación de hotel hasta Dubai Creek, la piscina es simple pero excelente, el ambiente de las cosas es familiar y acogedor.

Former Renaissance NOW St. Regis Hotel is located in Downtown Dubai and a perfect start for all the activities we planned throughout our stay. I absolutly loved the view from our Hotelroom down to dubai creek, the pool is simple but great, the atmosphere from stuff is familiar and welcoming.

A hotel with a very beautiful river view on the rear and a Burj khalifa view view on the front side. Very well enjoyed the stay in renaissance.

We took two rooms It’s spacious and comfortable Staff are friendly What I did not like is the cleanliness of the room, they need more attention to carpet cleaning Unfortunately I had the seat in bathroom stained , it is disgusting and should be replaced since the stain can’t be removed Windows also is not clean I reserved a water front view and did not get it The lady at front desk who checked us in, asked for my credit card and did not ask me and immediately charged the full amount, they usually ask and do block the amount first and charge at the check out time, I wanted to use a different card actually The lobby is closed and under construction There is no valet parking The spa was good and well equipped The swimming pool is nice Breakfast was also good and delicious

Good place but there is no parking facility for food delivery vahecle and delivery truck driver suffering too much hidden and also some time getting fine from police.

Great hotel, clean quite and friendly staff. The staff in the breakfast buffet was more than great specially the Egyptian man. Parking was easy in the basement. Highly recommend 👍🏻👍🏻

The hotel is amazing very quiet and peaceful staff is very kind today I came here to stay for my birthday and very nice restaurant called BASTA

I like the lobby design ... very cozy...also the backdrop of the hotel is on the water business bay....nice walk trail just outside the hotel door steps from the back side

The hotel is well located for visiting Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Mall, but also the other parts of Dubai. Incredibly spacious and comfortable rooms with stunning decoration. What makes the stay in here even more better was the care-taking staff. The service and ambiance was first class. And the icing on the cake is the infinite pool - just swim on the roof and enjoy the glorious scenery of the skyscraper.
